I had autopay set up and my bill is due the 22nd of each month. I noticed after midnight my account was suspended and I had to pay $105 to re activate. $15 on top of my bill. I went into the app and turned auto pay off since it didn’t work. My question is will they draw out the $90 anyway. I had gotten a text that it would be processed two days before my bill was due but the service was suspended anyway
I have paid my bills with cricket for almost 3 years now. Yesterday my phone was disconnected and I have a $147. Amount owed. I have called and been hug up on 2 times after not getting anything resolved. The person disconnected me only after stating several times that I am not satisfied with her and need to speak to a supervisor. She refused me and then hung up. My problem is I paid on September 15th. And now they say I owe $147.00 more. They " refunded " my August payment to an account I do not have and I need to call the bank. I paid August and used my phone all month. I paid Sept and only used 1/2 of the month. Why do they send money for previous month? Nobody can answer that. I have been ripped off. My bill is only $86 month and has been for a few years. How do I get a hold of someone to do something with this? Do I have no recourse but to sue? I'm disabled and elderly and I need the phone.
Why can't I ever order a new upgrade phone off the website? I have been having this problem for years now. However I've tried different forms of payment cards, check to see if the address matched with the card and it always does. I also tried a different browser and different devices to order my devices and still the same problem. What gives? I'm about to go to another company like Verizon.
I just transferred to Cricket and when I go to create an account it will not allow me to finish the process. I can enter my phone number, create a username, and receive a temporary password via SMS. But once I get to creating the actual password it says it is invalid/doesn’t meet requirements, even though it does and all of the check marks show on the requirements. I’ve contacted customer service and they told me to try again in 24 hours, which I have now done and it is still giving me the same issue. I have tried on a desktop and mobile device as well as various passwords, but nothing seems to work.

When trying to order a new upgraded phone on my account I get the following error message from Cricket. “Looks like you’ve reached the maximum orders permitted for this address. Sorry about that!”. This error message has come up with the last 2 phones I had upgraded. Waited at least 2 days and was able to order. I have 2 accounts through cricket 6 lines, I have ordered and spent at least $500-$800 in the last 2-3 months upgrading all of our phones. For the last phone we are wanting to upgrade and pay almost $500 for this phone. I have contacted numerous times through the cricket chat, to no help. They say to go incognito, which doesn’t work either and last person told me to wait at least 1 week and try again. ?????????????Sounds like cricket doesn’t even know how to fix their problems, or want money. my phone number was ported from my phone and was used to gain access to our bank accounts, I realized what happened right away and called Cricket, but they were of NO HELP. When i question the agent at the store , he said that the number got ported yesterday at the Cricket store .When i question the same to Cricket customer care over the call, They say that the number was ported in the store yesterday but they have no no way of tracking what store it happened and which agent authorized it . This is UTTER BULL . Im guessing its Inside Job and some one working at the cricket store did it . Cricket and bridgepay is complete BS! I’m frustrated and furious! Customer service sucks INCLUDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I initiated bridgepay 11/25/2022 $80 then was told remaining $50 was due BEFORE 11:59 Dec 2 which I paid at 8:22 pm NOW my line is disconnected and they want me to pay $125 saying I was misinformed and they sent all the lines a text saying the balance was $59.73 WTFFFF EF CRICKET I guess I rather struggle with another company than this company. So I just got with cricket and to be honest. I’m trying to be happy but it’s hard. So I got 2 iphones on the 18th few days ago. I downloaded a game I been playing and all I get is buffering and lagging. Brought the phone in and the lady said I need to boost my data speed for another 20$! I’m unlimited already and I only used not even 4gigs. Everything else works fine. The game I play is clash of clans. I’m also with T-Mobile. Works great on T-Mobile. So I’m thinking I made the WRONG CHOICE. I don’t know. Just aggravating it buffers so much.. any help would be great but the lady tried all kind of stuff. I also been reading online that I’m not the only person having this issue!!
UNAUTHORIZED PORT, 3 out of 4 of my phone lines. This was done on 08/21/23 with no resolution. I have called customer service twice a day for the past 19 days now with no resolution. Customer service representatives are clearly outsourced and are being used as a gatekeep from their "back office" team. Back office team has not reached out or provided ANY updates on the situation. I have also just received no ounce of hope or resolution/reassurance from their support team here on Facebook. FCC and FTC submissions have been made. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I cannot believe this has been happening on such a large scale. Does anyone have any advice if this has happened to you? I am at a complete loss, I desperately want to keep the same phone numbers, we have had them for over a decade.
On Monday, my phone wasn't working and I found out my phone number was fraudulently ported out without my consent. The person who stole my number used it to start hacking into my other accounts. I have had to freeze all my banking and credit for fear of them getting into them. I called Cricket right after it happened and received a case no. (C-6VUZCC). They were unable to give me any information other than we have forwarded it to our department that deals with these issues and it will be 3-5 days.I filed a a complaint with the FCC and cricket did send me an email to say we'll check your status - but I've heard nothing back after asking for the last 2 days for an update. This happened on Monday and it’s now Friday and no one from Cricket who is actually doing anything to resolve this issue has responded to me. What are the proper procedures to put in formal complaints with AND against cricket? I've been actively trying to get my phone number back after scammers ported my number out OVER a month ago!! I've been fighting with customer service but they just keep telling me to wait for the back office to call. I have not received any call.
