i have little to no upload speed or even a stable conetion anymore on hot spot i can game online  video chat or even watch youtube at even 360p with out lagging out im not happy and need help speed test showing 0 to 0.02 mbs download speed if fine when it works is the tower near me damaged or what ?

Class Action

Im about to file a class action lawsuit over Cricket if there isn’t one already. I’m suppose to have 3 lines, $30 each, then i receive EBB assistance, yet my account online shows that i have 1 line on the unlimited and more plan and the other 2 on the core plan. Which has my bill at $153. It was $108 after the EBB payment. I had to do bridge pay so i could have an extra week to get ahold of someone to fix it because im not paying for something that i did not sign up for. Well i tried contacting them and i either can’t get ahold of anyone, im disconnected, or im told there is an issue with the systems. I try changing it online and it says i already have that plan and features. Then i tried to get bridgepay extended and it said there was an error. My phone was shut off last night and ive been on the phone or online chat since 10 This morning. I was disconnected 3 times, on hold for over an hour before i got through to someone higher up and then was disconnected again. I finally got throu

I tried to change my plans to add hotspot and whem i was entering my card info it froze and booted me off the app on my phone. Now it says i have an order pending and wont let me do it anymore. What do I do?

Ordering Online Issues

When trying to order a new upgraded phone on my account I get the following error message from Cricket.  “Looks like you’ve reached the maximum orders permitted for this address. Sorry about that!”.  This error message has come up with the last 2 phones I had upgraded.  Waited at least 2 days and was able to order.  I have 2 accounts through cricket 6 lines, I have ordered and spent at least $500-$800 in the last 2-3 months upgrading all of our phones.  For the last phone we are wanting to upgrade and pay almost $500 for this phone. I have contacted numerous times through the cricket chat, to no help.  They say to go incognito, which doesn’t work either and last person told me to wait at least 1 week and try again.  ?????????????Sounds like cricket doesn’t even know how to fix their problems, or want money.  I tried to go to the local store, guess what, they don’t even carry that phone.  Really? How do you get new customers, if you don’t carry all of the phones you offer, especially a

Upgrading

Why is it that after being a responsible customer for so long, there are no discounts for upgrading your phone? They charge the amount they sell for everywhere. Not to mention, I haven’t upgraded once in three years. But new accounts get a $300.00 discount.I understand new accounts are important but most of those new accounts are due to your current customers word of mouth.Current customers and their history should account for something with upgrades, shouldn’t they?

Phone Lost Abroad?

I lost my phone on a train in Germany yesterday and have two pressing issues:I cannot access my Cricket account because I have forgotten my username/password and have no phone for things to be texted to. At minimum I’d like to cancel the autopay feature. I have ordered a new cellphone but would like the same number as my old phone (I have no idea how to do this).I would greatly appreciate any help! Thank you!

Auto Pay Problems

I've had my account on autopay for the last year and a half without issue. All of a sudden, 5 months ago, the autopay would not go through on my credit card. Despite this, I was able to manually pay the bill with the same credit card and information. I have already talked to my credit card company and they said there is no block on the card related to Cricket or A,T&T. I contacted Cricket on the phone at least three times to try to rectify this. Apparently many people are having this issue. One of the Cricket agents lied and said that I'm the only one having the issue! #1, how could this agent possibly know that? And, that is a pretty broad statement, so you know that it's a lie designed to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I want this issue fixed!! I keep getting texts from cricket announcing that my auto pay was declined. Then I have to drop everything and manually enter the credit card info to try to avoid the late payment fees and or cancellation fees!! Cricket, fix you

Gaming lags

So I just got with cricket and to be honest. I’m trying to be happy but it’s hard. So I got 2 iphones on the 18th few days ago. I downloaded a game I been playing and all I get is buffering and lagging. Brought the phone in and the lady said I need to boost my data speed for another 20$! I’m unlimited already and I only used not even 4gigs. Everything else works fine. The game I play is clash of clans. I’m also with T-Mobile. Works great on T-Mobile. So I’m thinking I made the WRONG CHOICE. I don’t know. Just aggravating it buffers so much.. any help would be great but the lady tried all kind of stuff. I also been reading online that I’m not the only person having this issue!!

Fraudulent account

My number was ported out by scammers and fraudsters from my original provider “Hello Mobile” and opened a fraudulent account with Cricket. Now when i call Hello Mobile, they are telling me that Cricket does not want to release the number back and close my account, So i reach out to Cricket and i notified them that this account is fraud and scammed, they respond to me, to go to my original provider.I feel like a ball being thrown around from one court to another. Should Cricket know that they are having a scammed account that was created by scammers on my name with my number.

I signed up for bridge pay because i was very short on cash and i paid 25 and last night i tried paying last 40 but instead they charged my card 65 because it was barely after midnight.. So that means i paid 90 for phone bill during a month im struggling to feed my kids.. Is there a way to make them make that right and at least give me my bridge pay back since i basically got screwed

why does cricket HATE existing customers?????....

Why does cricket seem obsessively intent on driving away existing customers? Most there phones are crap and when they get so old you need a new one just to keep making calls the deals are so horrible you can easily get new ones for free somewhere else and most cases your bill will go down too.... they're business plan is beyond any reason or comprehension.  Just read reviews im far from the only one of this opinion...

Sim Swap Fraud- Refusal to Help

On Monday May 22nd my phone network went down at 1132am. I am the primary acct holder and have 3 other lines besides mine. All 4 lines lost network connection. I am a delivery driver and was using my maps when it happened. So I went to a McDs for the WiFi to see if maybe there was a down tower or something. As soon as I hooked up to WiFi I started getting all these notifications from my email that someone tried to access my Amazon, Google and Bank accounts. Then one from Venmo telling me my acct password was changed. Then 2 from affirm about the loan request I wanted. Then a couple from Paypal showing payments (this is how they accessed my bank acct). So I immediately run to my bank and they shut my card down but another charge had already come thru. So I'm out over $400 at this point. Next I go to my local cricket store, where over 3 days I spent 8 hours. The manager was as helpful as possible but she could only do so much. Order Pending

So i upgraded my phone & ordered me a new phone via online. My account is now saying "Order Pending" & won't let me do anything. I'm frustrated because we're wanting to upgrade my wife's phone too but can't due to this issue. Any suggestions or help? I did receive my phone today btw but have to go in store to activate it. I can't do it online which is frustrating.

hotspot refill

Is there a max on refill for hotspot.  I have 130 on thr website but 210 on my app after I have tried to refill but it doesn't.  It just gave me a $10 credit.

Credit Card Address Is Invalid

Is there any reason why I can't purchase an upgrade for my phone online using my debit card? I keep getting the error that says my credit card address is invalid even though I checked that it was correct on both my bank account and for my Cricket account. There is no reason for that error occur.I know it's not my bank because I didn't have an issue making a payment through another site with the card. I do live in a rural area and if that is affecting my purchase, it is extremely frustrating as I can't get to a store until Sunday or Monday to make a purchase.

Progressive Leasing Order Unconfirmed

I tried using Progressive leasing to pay for a new phone, I was suppose to only pay $68 after the loan was approved. But the order did not go through because it said my address was incorrect, but Cricket wireless still continued to charge my credit card $68, without sending me a confirmation number or any way to show my recent transaction, I have all the information to verify my Loan account but I don't have an order number or reference number from Cricket wireless and you guys refuse to help me. Who do I contact?
