OTP customer service is either bad or really bad and I received a terrible exp. But besides that here’s my issue. In a nutshell, someone walked into a Cricket store in a state that I don’t live in with a device that I reported stolen and not only were they successful at restoring the device the cricket employee accessed and changed my account without my permission. Why have a pin and no authorized users, if, Cricket will allow someone who stole your information and phone to walk into a store with stolen information and the stolen device and get helped? This person was not the account holder or authorized user and the cricket employee turned off my service to get a sale with a stolen device. Here’s my story and I hope it’s read throughly. The company cricket allowed someone to access my account without my permission twice in one day. I really hope that these calls are recorded because I can’t wait to hear them in court if need be. I have a Iphone7 I am supposed to have cricket wireless service that I have been paying monthly. For some reason when I put my inside number it says it is not compatible for cricket wireless service. I bought the Iphone7 from a Cricket wireless store and I am supposed to have cricket wireless service. I am not paying my bill until it is confirmed that I have one line and why does it show my Imei number is not compatible for the network I am supposed to have service on
I can't believe your company doesn't care one bit about the customers. I am currently a customer of 24months, I even upgraded and added my wife's line to my account. Today I called and advised that due to being home with COVID 19, I was unable to make my payment yesterday as scheduled due to sleeping all day on medicine....but went online today to make that payment and was told they would not remove the additional $35.00 fees. In these times where COVID is a very scary thing for me being a 50yr old guy with other health issues, I am so upset that Cricket Wireless doesn't care about their customers and refused to remove that extra fee....you are more interested in the money than the well being of your customers. As soon as I am well enough to leave and handle my business again...I WILL be getting another cell service!! Shame on you Cricket wireless....Im completely disappointed and I never want to be part of any company that doesn't care about the customers...you have proven that today.
I NEED TO FILE A COMPLAINT!!! I'M EXTREMELY UPSET AND UNSATISFIED!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BY FAR THE WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED MY WHOLE LIFE. THEY ARE RUDE UNHELPFUL AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. I TRIED TO SET UP A BRIDGE PAY EXTENTION ON THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM IT SAID TO MAKE A 40 DOLLAR PAYMENT TO GET THE BRIDGE PAY EXTENTION I PAID THE 40 DOLLARS AND MY PHONE WAS STILL TURNED OFF. I CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND WAS TREATED LIKE CRAP. AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP ME. I WILL CHANGE CARRIERS AND NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!
Hi in December I upgraded my phone to icon2 what a big mistake that was. About a month or two I had to send my phone back because I was having many problems with it. Now my problem has turned in to a disaster to the point I can't even open and play a game.Please help when I try to open an app it closes right away. When I try to open my cricket app it also closes. A box keeps popping up saying cricket is trying to stop and close app. This started happening when my phone installed new software update. I can't even play a game. It's obvious this phone ICON2 ISNT working and no matter what in settings a cricket representative tells me to do it isn't working. I have had many problems with cricket and I say to the Representatives that I'm going to change providers. Cricket doesn't try to keep there customers they say right away ok want us to cut your service off now? When will Cricket update their online purchase options to allow their customers to enter separate shipping and billing addresses?Many customers like me, have a shipping address that does not match their billing address!We recently moved. And now I have to jump through hoops to get my recent purchase delivered to my current address! My Cricket Order is being delivered 60 minutes away to my old address, and there is nothing Cricket will do about it! I called, verified my information, and they are still refusing to update the shipping address for my order. They can see that the address for the order does not match the address on my account, but won’t update it to match. Until they fix their system, I don’t think I’ll be making anymore purchases.
It's been two weeks. CRICKET keeps declining every card I have. I used my debit card first then I tried a credit card. When the credit card was used it said the address didn't match. It did. Now there's a pending charge on my credit card with no phone to show for it. Has any one else had this problem HOW do I fix it? It's becoming more and more bothersome. I have successfully ported one of our phones out of Cricket to Mint mobile and my phone is working with the new Mint Sim now. Unfortunately Cricket has failed to deactivate the number. The result is that people trying to call me from a Cricket account go into my old Cricket voice mail. Both my new Mint account with my number and the Cricket account with the same number are now active.I spent about an hour (after 40 minute wait) on the phone with Cricket yesterday to close my Cricket account for the ported number and was assured that it was done and the number would be released. Indeed when I checked the account on-line a little later my ported phone number and it account info had been removed from the account. Unfortunately, this morning the account is showing my phone (which has been successfully ported to Mint and is working with that service) as being active on Cricket and still being billed. I just got off the phone with Mint tech support who were good enough to resubmit the
I just transferred to Cricket and when I go to create an account it will not allow me to finish the process. I can enter my phone number, create a username, and receive a temporary password via SMS. But once I get to creating the actual password it says it is invalid/doesn’t meet requirements, even though it does and all of the check marks show on the requirements. I’ve contacted customer service and they told me to try again in 24 hours, which I have now done and it is still giving me the same issue. I have tried on a desktop and mobile device as well as various passwords, but nothing seems to work.

Someone Mistakenly Tried to Port My Number Into Cricket, How Can I Get Them to Cancel The Pending Port Request?
I am a Ting Mobile customer on the Sprint Network. According to Sprint customer support, someone on May 2nd tried to port my number into Cricket Wireless. I did not authorize this, and I was completely unaware of this. I suspect that a person tried to port some other number into Cricket Wireless, but made a typo while entering the phone number. Now, I am unable to change from a Sprint SIM card to a T-Mobile SIM card, because there is a “pending port already in progress.” According to Ting customer support, they are unable to cancel the port request. They say that it must be cancelled by Cricket. However, when I call into Cricket, they tell me that I am unable to cancel the port request because I cannot provide the authorization of the account that requested it. I don’t have an account with Cricket, and I have no idea who tried to port my number into Cricket, so I can’t give any authorization info. My monthly bill to be paid today was $157 I was charged that plus another $157 so a total of $322 and when I call customer service they said they did not do refunds that I would have to call my bank and my bank said that I would have to call back when the payment was posted when I call back to cricket and ask for more information they were rude and hateful all I want is the extra $150 that was charged to my debit card back to be put back on my debit card
I’ve been a cricket customer for over 10 years.I have 5 lines on my plan. Just recently I had lost my iPhone went to the cricket store went through the insurance process got me a new phone. Some how cricket instead of marking my phone as lost or stolen they marked my wife’s phone as lost or stolen. They turned my wifes phone off I’ve called cricket numerous times they will turn it back on then about 30 minutes later right back off . They have told me asurion is the one that marked it lost or stolen and asurion tells me cricket does. I don’t care who does I want it fixed I shouldn’t have to keep calling both companies they should work it out between them. This has been going on for almost a dang month now. My wife needs her phone hell the school tried to call her to tell her our kids was getting out early do to ice and couldn’t reach her on top of that she slid off the road on the way home and couldn’t call me for help luckily I’ve got a suspicion about things like that and went to look
