Hi guys, I currently have two lines with two different phone numbers. How do I go about changing a number on one of the lines? Specifically I want to delete the one number and port another number I have to this line. The other number is a google voice number so is this even possible? And if that's not possible because of it being a GV number, could I port a cell number to that line?
Hello. I've been a customer for a few months now, and every month I get different dates depending on where I'm looking. For example: my current autopay dates are 08/30 according to the text message reminder, 08/31 according to the myCricket app, and 09/01 according to the phone system. When I spoke to a representative, she pointed out that autopay charges a day before the due date, but the app says both "Due Date: Aug 31" AND "We'll automatically charge your credit card or debit card on Aug 31" - which is pretty clearly saying that's when I'll be charged! If the app can reflect my correct payment amount based on autopay, it should also show the correct date on which I'll be charged. This is ridiculous.
I contacted Cricket on chat to change my billing due date. The rep entered the wrong date and told me nothing could be done to fix it. I contacted customer service over the phone and spoke with a supervisor who informed me that he could do nothing about the mistake the employee made. He then stated that for an additional fee, I could change my date to the date that the employee should have entered before she made the mistake. I asked to speak to this man’s supervisor and he told me that he was the highest ranking person in the company that I was allowed to speak with. He then told me I was being very unprofessional when I continued to ask for his manager/supervisor. The Cricket employee made a mistake and not only were they not willing to fix it, they wanted me to pay for their mistake. This seemed very unethical and I need the number for their corporate office.
Why is it that Cricket does not offer a way to pay your bill from your bank's bill-pay system? I called support to get an address -- no such luck. I called a local office -- nope there either. From what I gather, there is NO WAY to send an ACH draft to ANYWHERE that will get your bill paid. They want you to use a credit card, go to the office and pay cash or set up auto PULL where they can screw up and pull your payment 5 times if they want. This is the 21st Century. I even pay my electric bill with my bill pay system. Everybody has some sort of central office SOMEWHERE. ( unless the central office is in Russia or Zimbabwe or somewhere like that ). This is really disappointing. I plan to find another phone company. Hell, even Walmart has a way to pay PRE-PAY phones from your bill-pay.
I am having difficulty upgrading my son’s phone. I am on the Account Summary page, but there is no option to select a number or upgrade. I am given an option to add a line. But nowhere in the website do I have an option to upgrade. I have gone into the store and they sent me to the website. I went on chat and they were unable to help me. I tried it on Android, IOS and Windows devices.Dio you see the option to upgrade presented to you on your account?
I accidentally used up my data for the month...I am afraid I know the answer to this but here goes: Is there anyway to bug extra data without having to wait for reboost date? You would think you would be able to, but it seems if I add money it simply goes into my reserve and I'm still out of high speed data for a couple weeks!?!?Thanks in advance for any information I get back. Cheers forum! 😝
My son got a new phone and I want to get a new sim card for it. Keeping his old number and keeping plan the same. I cannot see where I can order a new sim card for that number in my account. I have done this in the past but it seems something has changed?
Like some of the other customers that I see on posting here I've been if Cricket customer for 5 years and can't understand why they don't give any attractive or economical phone upgrades to people have been long-time customers but somebody walks off the street can get a brand new phone for free the other companies do the same thing and no I don't need a warranty for my planned obsolescence phone that will give out in a year or two and also pay an excessive connect fee when it happens ,so I'll see you in a year or two when I need a new phone Cricket
On July 25, 2019 I woke up with no Cricket Wireless cell phone service. My cell number was stolen! They managed to get past my PIN and my security question?? Within minutes, I start receiving emails that someone was transferring money out of my online bank account. I also started receiving notifications from Credit Karma about inquiries to my credit bureau file. I went to the Cricket store and I had to buy a new SIM card and they were able to get my number back to me. During the 4-5 hours someone else had my phone number, they were applying for credit cards and loans in my name. For the past week, I have done nothing but call credit card companies and banks to issue fraud alerts, change logins, passwords etc. I was able to recover the several thousand dollars that was almost stolen from my account. Because my cell number was compromised, law enforcement recommended I change my cell phone number. So I had to go in the store and ADD a second line
I am beyond mad right now! I tried to move 4 lines to Cricket. I was charged this:1Service$55.00 SIM Discount-$10.00 SIM$9.99 2SIM$9.99 Service$55.00 Service Discount-$30.00 SIM Discount-$10.00 3SIM$9.99 Service$55.00 Service Discount-$45.00 SIM Discount-$10.00 4SIM$9.99 Service$55.00 Service Discount-$45.00 SIM Discount-$10.00 $99.96Sub-Total $3.00Tax $102.96Total I get the SIM cards in the mail, and I try and activate them and was told I owe an additional $40 for the SIM cards.....After repeatedly telling the rep that the SIM cards were line items on my order summary and that I was already charged the amount, they wouldn't let up. I spoke to a "supervisor" who didn't want to listen to me at all and continually just kept repeating the exact same thing! I told them to cancel the lines, they said they would, t
I set up monthly payments to be taken out on the 3rd, but Cricket takes the payment out a day in advance. Why?? Also I was charged twice for the month of August for my payment. I can't seem to talk to a person, I'm getting the run around and it's starting to piss me off. I've had to call 4 times to get my payment date changed to the 5th OMG WHAT A HASSLE & IVE ONLY BEEN WITH CRICKET FOR 1 MONTH. Is this something I have to look forward to every month on payment day. I HOPE NOT! CRICKET REFUND 1 OF MY PAYMENTS ASAP
Hello, I currently have an account with 5 people all on the 5GB plan. Total is $130/month. If I upgrade the first line to the unlimited extra $60 plan today and downgrade back to the 5GB in one month. Are there any hidden costs? Would the bill simply become $150 (+/- any prorates) or does it disable the group save?Billing date is the 8thThank you,
I spent approximately 3 hours today on the phone and in chat with cricket customer support. I want to help those of you who are wondering if cricket is a company you want to do business with, don't do it. Yesterday I called cricket and changed my service plan to the new unlimited plan which was going to save me some money since I have multiple lines. After the changes were made, I told the agent I would like to go ahead and pay the bill in full with her over the phone since it was due the next day. She gave me a total that was less than what I expected saying there was a $25 credit on the account. I happily paid the amount and was done. After I got off the phone, I logged onto the cricket website just to be sure that all the changes were made and the payment was applied. The website showed my payment and my $0 balance. Upon attempting to use my phone this morning, I discovered that my account was suspended for non-payment and that I owed $25. I had to wait until 7am EST to call cricket
