tried to switch my lifeline EBB account to cricket today, actually I started this process yesterday. Let me just skip the whole 5 hours of disconnects, phone shuffling me to one rep to another. Was discounted for the last time today because when I hit redial, they were closed. Now I tried logging into my lifeline account and it's no longer an active account. Oh and no EBB either. They charged me 55.00$ today and the only thing they did was create another cricket account which apparently I'm praying full price for. I need this taken seriously.A total of 9 phone calls from yesterday and today. someone in corporate should probably listen to those calls.So I'm out 55.00$ on a emergency assistance program, and have no access to my assurance FREE lifeline program. I can't even get a supervisor on the phone to even acknowledge the problem.where should I take this very valid complaint?
I went through the automated system a total of 4 times last night to setup BridgePay. The system wanted me to talk to someone every time I tried to setup. I finally get to the setup and BridgePay informs me I have to pay $70 to activate it. I’ve done this before and never was charged that amount to activate it. So I finally listening to my confirmation. The system states I’m completing a BridgePay payment of $70 and 7days for remainder. I hit 1 to accept the amount. It process the payment and then says your payment of $70 was received and I receive the text confirming the amount. The problem is it’s a regular payment instead of what I spent all night trying to setup. Now I wake up at 6am for work to find out my phone is off. I have to wait on y’all even though I did everything right. This is HORRIBLE!! Now I’m sitting here waiting for y’all to open to HOPEFULLY help me. This is ridiculous. Something needs to be done about the system and how it operates. The sad part is I’m pretty sure
I recently purchased a moxee hotspot device from walmart and went to set it up, I was told to add it to my existing account, I would be charged the $55 for the month of data and that I would NOT receive a credit for the 20 days I wouldnt have it on the current billing cycle I have, so I asked if I could set it up on its own account which the rep did. I want to be able to monitor the data usage so I can get a gauge of what I am using, figured doing a mycricket account would be the best bet, I would also like to be able to just log on and check the billing info ie. what card and all that as well When I go to set up the new account, it wants to send a text message to the number they gave me for the hot spot, which I did, however having tried 3 different times, I do not receive a text message in the settings where I can see on the hotspot device, I have even tried to text it from my own phone and still nothing, I have tried to power down and reboot, even as far as a factory reset and stil
Cricket overcharged me last month and instead of refunding the money, said that I wouldn’t be charged for the following month. (May). But I was charged. So I went to the Cricket Store and was told that I had to call Cricket as the store could not help me. I call the Cricket line and was told that they couldn’t help me I would have to call my bank and have them do a charge back. I call my bank and wait on hold for an hour just to be told that they couldn’t do anything, that it had to come from Cricket. I call Cricket back and am told that they cannot help me but offered to do a 3-way call with my bank (yes, the one I had to stay on hold for an hour in order to talk to a human.) So I am considering looking into another carrier but first I need to get my money back. Do I need to quit autopay and just eat the $5 or does anyone know how I can get ahold of an English speaking American human who can strighten this out for me? Or is it all just India Call centers and robots?
I am not a Cricket customer and yet they managed to steal more than $2,400.00 buck from me. I called Cricket less than 20 minutes after the stole my money and they refused to help me because they said I was not a customer. I have heard of similar complaints and was wondering how many of there customers they steal from.
Folks don’t use auto pay or attempt a refund 4.5 hours I’ve been on the phone with them for being double charged and they refused my one month bill over payment to be refunded. Then the all edge supervisor hung up on me because now I have to figure out how my son and I whom are disabled are getting a new tire cause mine blew out plus getting to my pain management specialists not to mention buying groceries I’ll have to go get a loan to afford to get everything taken care of because cricket says they can’t refund the stolen money after 4 yrs of dedication and Bill always paid on my pay day they want to screw coustomers over.
Why can't I ever order a new upgrade phone off the website? I have been having this problem for years now. However I've tried different forms of payment cards, check to see if the address matched with the card and it always does. I also tried a different browser and different devices to order my devices and still the same problem. What gives? I'm about to go to another company like Verizon.
We have SMS messaging setup in Active directory and it works fine when sending to one individual. When we use a distibution group it does not go through to anyone with cricket. we get an auto reply from cricket saying “email failed to send” is there somethign on crickets side that is blocking distribution groups?

i bought a dream 5g and a week and a half later it black screened and says device is corrupt. i cant do anything with it. i also cant factory reset it. i called cricket, cricket warranty dept, cricket store and all im getting is a the run around. i just recently lost my husband and struggling to raise my teenage son. they are dragging it out so ill have to file an insurance claim and pay $75 deductible. im not doing that bc i didnt have it 3 weeks. i dont do ppl wrong and liked crickets service but now since they thought it was ok to rip me off like im a noone and that saddens me and sickens me too. why have warranties and not honor them. im still thinking about reporting them bc my bills paid. its been almost 3 months since i bought the phone and i had it it 1 week or so b4 it messed up. i pay my bill ao y not replace my phone? Thats not rite, some ppl dont have $ to throw around. I will be reporting this to whoever i need to. I dont usually tattle but ripping ppl off is wrong.
I woke up last week somebody had ported out both my number and my daughter's. I had 5 lines with Cricket and I can them right away and open a case with their team after being on the phone for over an hour and a half. Now all week I have got nothing but the run around that it will be solved in 24 hours. I am extremely frustrated considering I have been a Cricket customer for over 3 years just wake up my number is stolen and basically I get little to no help if getting it back.
Bridgepay!!! I have my hotspot scheduled to come off of my plan starting tonight at midnight.. which is also when my bill is due. That’s one hour to go. I went to go set up bridgepay and it said I was not eligible for bridgepay this month. It will not let me cancel the plan change of removing hotspot starting tomorrow. How can I fix this within an hour so I can pay my fricken phone bill?!?!? Someone help. I work from home and am a single mother. I really need my phone as I use it for work from home all day long. I have Autopay active but for some reason my phone bill always gets disconnected anyways so I have to pay it manually through the app. Well this time it actually did go through and I didn't notice, so now I've got extra credit on my account that I don't need. Is there anyway to get a my money back on that extra credit?
Ok I've been a long time customer of cricket and because of the change to 5g, my Samsung galaxy note 9 only works if I switch the network to 3g only. Besides that I let a friend borrow my phone not knowing they were gonna check a sims card they received in the mail. Switching sins cards for a little while cut off my service to cricket. I finally figured out all that had happened and ordered a new sims card. Then cricket tells me I have to get ahold of t mobile to release my number back to cricket. I haven't had t mobile since 1999. I finally figured out where my number was transferred to and got all the information needed to switch my number back to cricket and I continue to receive emails asking for more information. What more do you need? I gave you the account number and who it is transferring from. Turn my phone back on. I haven't had this much problems since t mobile. Thats why I don't have them anymore!!!
Havent got my refund of 753$ and it has been over a month now. Bought online a 256gb iPhone 11. Wasnt the correct one, cool, called got a shipping label emailed to me for 2 day shipping. The phone had not been opened neither had the sim cards. I was told to wait 7- 10 business days. Okay I waited and I had not had my return yet. I called back spoke with warranty and was told they had confirmed they had the device. So where is my refund? After so many calls I still have yet to be told when I would be getting my money back, why its taking so long, and if there is an issue let the customer know, plus they seem to not do anything about the issue. All they tell you is to wait. Warranty and CS. Yet Im still a customer, I guess I lost since I still have service with them. Be warned.
Added hot spot to one phone on 4/04...paying $10charge at that time for months use...told it will cover billing cycle for 4/22... received Bill showing I owed the $10... Already paid for that cycle only used for 16days...was told they would issue a credit for $5...account still show I owe $5...why..now I have paid $15 for 2 weeks service...they owe me $5 for 2weeks of unused service...Really like they were doing me a favor...becoming so disappointed in this companies customer service expertise.
