Just bought the unlimited plan from cricket, received the "You're Almost Done - Confirm Your Number Transfer" email, clicked on "Update My Information" link, entered the pin numbers for the phone numbers (they're all in the same account), go to click submit, and it just keeps asking me to click submit. Will the sim cards still be delivered? Or do I need to figure this out
This morning, I got a text notification that my account has been locked "to protect the security of my information." I call the number provided - no option to talk to a person or to talk about unlocking my account. I *finally* get through to a person who tells me this is just because I haven't accessed my online account for a while! Why would I need Cricket to tell me that? And why would I want you to lock my account?I just got back from vacation this morning, so I had a nice panic attack about someone accessing my account information. Why would you send me something like this for what appears to be no good reason at all? It's unclear and misleading and pointless.
Hello I am set to leave this coming Friday to Europe, I really don't want to buy a new phone over there would rather use my iPhone by purchasing a sim card, problem is i have only had my service with cricketwireless for 3 months and I know you have to have it for 6 months before they unlock it, is there a away around this limitation??Thank youLuis
I've been paying for monthly service via auto pay for years for the mother of my grandchildren, because I felt that a phone is a must in case of emergency. In the beginning, I created the account using my email. Then there was a change a few years back and for some reason, I could no longer get into the account since I don't have physical access to the phone, even though my email was on the account. The person whose service I've been paying for is very hard on phones, and every time she needed a new phone, somehow or other the account name or password would get changed at the cricket store. (I haven't bought replacement phones for at least four years, someone else has).A couple of days ago, someone threw her phone in a puddle of water and broke it, or so I was told. I called the number over the past few days, and it didn't go to voicemail until today. To make a long story short, I'm not paying for service on a phone that she isn't using. And I'm especially not paying for servi
I tried repeatedly to unroll from auto pay the night before the payment was due. Every time I cancelled the feature, it turned right back on. It was too late to call customer service and the payment was taken from my account. I called customer service but am unable to get a refund or anything for compensation. I am extremely disappointed and upset with Cricket. I am also down to $0.53 in my account!!!!
I paid to separate my phone num we and account from another so how can cricket let the account holder I separated myself from Blacklist my phone? The phone belongs to me and I paid to have it removed from his account but yet cricket still let the other account black list it after it was separated and I turn it on in another account? How is this legally possible?
Is it common practice at cricket to charge the customer for your mistakes and poor equipment. I switch my service less then a month ago had to call customer service as soon as I got home from the store. For the last 2 weeks I have been jumping thru every hoop you guys have given me, even took 2 days off work to try and get this resolved. The 2 choices I seem to be left with is either pay for a new sim card, that I have already for once and not received in working order, or I can send my phone in and be without a phone, that I paid for along with service that I'm not receiving, for at least 2 business days. Is this your version customer care? And where is this appreciation your site is boosting about, 20th birthday and we would like to thank you. I would of rather you kept your appreciation if this is what it looks like

Last night I checked my phone and I checked my voicemails and my phone was suspended. I go online to my account and yep my line is suspended. I call pick option to reinstate my line and a recording says no one is in the office call again tomorrow. I called a few hours ago and the smug little representative wouldn't even consider turning my line back on.
I am on short term disability, due to having a new born. I barely make ends meet at the moment, and my fiancee is a stay at home dad to watch our first child who has a medical condition. Due to this small factor, I am unable to pay this months bill. Do I contact customer service or just let it go until I go back to work next month?
Why does Cricket shut off my service at 11pm when I live in California? 24 hours is still a full day in California. I pay my bill at midnight for that reason so,if I get 30 days of service why does it shut off at 29 days and 23 hours? Seems to be a bit of a convenient problem. Why not shut the phone off in 31 days? The weird thing is that it's starting to be more of reoccurring thing.
Cricket auto deducts their $35 every month on the 11th. I am told that my plan restarts is on the 13th of every month. The 2 days of data throttling is the issue.I have an appointment with the consumer division at our State Attorney Generals office to review the 2 days and file an investigation if possible. It the 2 day lag between paying and service redtorment normal to you? Thanks
I increased the data level on my plan mid-month and set changes to occur at the end of the billing cycle. I specifically remember turning auto pay back on at that time. When I woke up this morning my account had been suspended. I was coached to make a phone payment (with a $3.00 fee). I did so, then checked the MyCricket app and saw that auto pay is still on with a due date of the 27th of May. Am I going to get double charged? Why didn't auto pay work this month? Can I get a refund for the phone payment fee?
