This company does nothing but lie about their service. First my phone just turns setting on by itself, ive got two write ups at work because my volume will just turn on by itself. Second I was suppose to get a free phone but the agent messed up and which i had to get a new number, and pay for my phone. EVEN WITH THE STORE MANAGEER SAYING YES WE MESSED UP, you guys cant credit my account because there isnt one. Also the manager said it to customer service. I have an eye witness top this. Looks like this company is doing fraud things.
Can someone please tell me why there has been no cell service in my neighborhood 89102 for a week now and my provider does not even know a tower has been damaged and no one in my neighborhood has service and my many attempts to use online support is going nowhere...they don't even see that there Is problem with the damaged tower/
I spent approximately 3 hours today on the phone and in chat with cricket customer support. I want to help those of you who are wondering if cricket is a company you want to do business with, don't do it. Yesterday I called cricket and changed my service plan to the new unlimited plan which was going to save me some money since I have multiple lines. After the changes were made, I told the agent I would like to go ahead and pay the bill in full with her over the phone since it was due the next day. She gave me a total that was less than what I expected saying there was a $25 credit on the account. I happily paid the amount and was done. After I got off the phone, I logged onto the cricket website just to be sure that all the changes were made and the payment was applied. The website showed my payment and my $0 balance. Upon attempting to use my phone this morning, I discovered that my account was suspended for non-payment and that I owed $25. I had to wait until 7am EST to call cricket
After being a Cricket customer for over 2 and a half years, I'm wondering what the incentive is to stay? I would like to upgrade my phone, but every other company out there will give me MUCH better deals on a new phone. Additionally, Cricket is going to charge me an extra $25 to upgrade? Is that just a 'privilege of doing business with you' charge? I guess there's no real reason to stay since I'm going to save over $200 (plus the additional $25) just to go to another company. I understand that getting new customers is important, but you'd think there was some kind of benefit for being a loyal customer for so long. Oh well, looks like I'm off to another company. Maybe I'll be back in 2-3 years when you'll treat me like a 'valued new customer' again...
I have the unlimited plan for 2 phones, but the second phone on the account has not been able to make or receive calls or texts for over a month now! i called, and chatted with agents last week and these folks DID NOT FIX a thing and had the nerve to send me a survey! I am expecting the dang on service to be fixed and on top of that you all are STILL expecting a dang near 100.00 payment from me next month, beware they will take your money for products THAT DO NOT WORK
I was charged twice for a phone plan. I think it paid next months phone plan since it says I owe $0 Sept 17th.I didn't want to do this. I have no idea why it did this. And dialing the Customer service does absolutely nothing with my problem.Before you give me a phone number to call, I tried it. It will dial, then tell me to wait, then say I can't be connected and hangs up.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND IS TAKING MONEY BUT REFUSING TO PROVIDE SERVICE. I started a new line last month on the $40 plan. I immediately noticed my service was very slow, I only had 1 bar of service and I was barely able to make a call. After 3 days I received a text saying all my data was used and my data would be even slower. I then paid an additional $13 to upgrade to the unlimited data plan. This DID NOT help and my data connection was still bad (I would get error messages saying I was not connected to the network as well as seeing it on my phone. I called customer service (Aug 24) and the rep said she would create a ticket to fix the issue and issue me a courtesy credit for the inconvenience. No one every contacted me or did anything about that ticket. Since that first call I have called over 10 times ( just spoke to a rep 2hrs ago) to report the same issue and that my data is not working but they issued another ticket, some reps hung up the phone in my face and some promised an

I tried to add a new line to my existing account for my son. Porting number from his Sprint iPhone. Got to Payment but could not use Amex card that my other 2 line use for auto pay. Bad address. No so. Finally used a Visa that was accepted. Sprint texted that a transfer was requested. However, adding new credit card trashed the Sprint account info so that when Cricket finalized the order the transfer was not completed. Spent almost 2 hours with customer support. They said that they would fix the problem. Today received text from Cricket that problem was resolved. Hah! The order was cancelled. So I reentered the order. Amex was accepted. Purchase completed. Then an email was received that said there was a problem with the number transfer. I think Sprint thinks the transfer was already made. I set up monthly payments to be taken out on the 3rd, but Cricket takes the payment out a day in advance. Why?? Also I was charged twice for the month of August for my payment. I can't seem to talk to a person, I'm getting the run around and it's starting to piss me off. I've had to call 4 times to get my payment date changed to the 5th OMG WHAT A HASSLE & IVE ONLY BEEN WITH CRICKET FOR 1 MONTH. Is this something I have to look forward to every month on payment day. I posted on FB sat and got a little explainton , I have posted several more times all with no answer! I am trying to get 2 Moto 5 cruise phones on the 2gb plan. When it comes to paying it says Wrong address, i have tried on two phones two debit cards with different address. Why can't I pay someone and get the phones? My payment to metro is on the 9th so I have time but I'm running out of time and I'm very flustered won't some please help me?
I called customer service through wifi calling because randomly my service turned off says my card has no connection they set up a ticket for my phone but now I can't wifi call and it's telling me to contact cricket and I litteraly bought this phone two days ago with no issues. Help?
