My wife, myself and daughter all have Cricket wireless. my number is 619 701 0130, wife’s is 619 701 6516 and they both work perfectly. My daughter just got a new iPhone X and we inserted her sim, and it shows Cricket Wireless on the home screen… but when ever she makes calls, no sound and then it cuts off. When we call her it goes straight to voicemail. Her number is 760-496-4956. She can’t even call 611. Can you help?

What are the proper procedures to put in formal complaints with AND against cricket? I've been actively trying to get my phone number back after scammers ported my number out OVER a month ago!! I've been fighting with customer service but they just keep telling me to wait for the back office to call. I have not received any call.
I have paid my bills with cricket for almost 3 years now. Yesterday my phone was disconnected and I have a $147. Amount owed. I have called and been hug up on 2 times after not getting anything resolved. The person disconnected me only after stating several times that I am not satisfied with her and need to speak to a supervisor. She refused me and then hung up. My problem is I paid on September 15th. And now they say I owe $147.00 more. They " refunded " my August payment to an account I do not have and I need to call the bank. I paid August and used my phone all month. I paid Sept and only used 1/2 of the month. Why do they send money for previous month? Nobody can answer that. I have been ripped off. My bill is only $86 month and has been for a few years. How do I get a hold of someone to do something with this? Do I have no recourse but to sue? I'm disabled and elderly and I need the phone.
I had autopay set up and my bill is due the 22nd of each month. I noticed after midnight my account was suspended and I had to pay $105 to re activate. $15 on top of my bill. I went into the app and turned auto pay off since it didn’t work. My question is will they draw out the $90 anyway. I had gotten a text that it would be processed two days before my bill was due but the service was suspended anyway
I'm approved for the acp I log into my cricket acct to update the info my name is the acct name put my phone number in and won't take it, my husband and I are on different work schedules and I should be able to use any phone number on my acct to apply my discount and customer service hours are horrible to get this taken care of why am I not able to put my number in to apply my discount
My current autopay card is expiring at the end of this month. I’ve tried replacing it with the newly issued replacement, virtual cards from the same bank and a discover card. All get the “Looks like your card information is incorrect” message. All cards work fine everywhere else. I spend 30 minutes on the phone with support just to be told “there must be a problem with your card”. My bank confirms that there are no refused charges. I have no idea how to get this resolved.
I accidentally overpaid $40 in July 2023. Cricket support advised me to have my bank reverse the charge. I did so. Cricket suspended my service on 8/18/2023. I paid $63.67 to get service restored. On 9/12/2023 Cricket again suspended my service. I paid $77 to get service restored. In 9/14/2023 Cricket again suspended my service. I paid $48 to get it restored. Cricket claims my bank submitted multiple $40 charge reversals. My bank did not do this. My bank offered to set up a 3 way call to resolve this, but I could not get someone from Cricket to participate. It looks like Cricket credited me for one of the $40 overcharges on 9/18/2023, but still owes me. I can’t see account info online beyond 7/29/2023. I would appreciate help resolving this.
I recently got a new credit card. I got a message on my phone regarding Cricket’s autopay attempt failing to go through, so I immediately called and updated my credit card information and was told by the robot that my autopay would continue as normal. I got a text to confirm that. Just this evening (8/24 at 11:30pm MDT), I got a text saying that my Max benefits have been cancelled. Then my texts weren’t working. I checked my account to see it was suspended due to not paying my bill and was being charged an extra $15 for reactivation along with my regular $98 bill. How convenient to discover this AFTER Customer Support hours!I was forced to pay the reactivation fee as I needed my phone, but since this error was 100% the fault of the company, how should I go about getting my $15 refund?I have noticed this is a common issue. Absolutely unacceptable! This glitch has been going on for years and there is no fix for this???
I have been a long time customer of Cricket Wireless Service.On 8/24/2023, I got a suspicious message sending the PIN for the account transfer. I contacted customer service right away and reported that I didn't ask for a transfer. Cricket said all is well taken care of and as long as I didn't show my PIN all will be good. I changed my account password for better security. On 8/25/2023 all of a sudden my phone no longer had LTE service. I checked the account with suspicion and found that my number was deleted(I was the main account holder for 3 lines shared with family). Then when I checked the emails I was getting emails accessing my Wells Fargo Bank account and starting to wire transfer $2500 and moving $2200 from the brokerage investment into the checking account. They were also trying to access my Amex account. Ironically, the financial institutions were asking for the secure code that will be sent to my previous number. I didn't have the mobile service any more and all my family wa
I attempted to modify my plans to include a hotspot feature, but while entering my payment card information, the process froze and subsequently logged me out of the app on my phone. Currently, there's an ongoing pending order, and I'm unable to proceed any further. How can I resolve this situation?
Same story I am reading. Customer since 2014. Number ported out 16 days ago. 3.cases crested, no help from Customer service. Called AT&T since they own cricket. Found more information from AT&T and the Verizon where my number was sent. Seems cricket and A I artificial intelligence is now a scammers dream come true! I would not recommend cricket to anyone after all my years with them. Filled FCC , FTC complaints. Also filed FBI IC3 complaint. Do the leg work yourself find your number and pressure cricket.
All phones on my account lost service and account information was changed to a person named Lisa Parker. Because phone was hacked they got other info off my phone and used my PayPal account to make purchases that I am working on to have that revoked. I had to get a new account and all new numbers. How do I go about getting this fixed
