I am a current sprint customer. I want to bring my phone numbers to cricket to save some money, but i can not get the promotion of 2 iphones for $49 each (on the 60 month plan) because the system is incorrectly assuming that i already use the promotion. I have not use the promotion! I place and order for one iphone6 and one iphone7 online 3 weeks ago no problem. Within an hour of placing the order i canceled it because my daughter wanted an Iphone 7 instead of the iphone six as i have just ordered. So I cancel the order withing the hour of placing it. And I am unable to re do the order since. I have gone to the chat multiple times. I have called many times. Always explaining that i have not used the promo. I have not received anything. it is just the buffer of the system that needs to be cleared. but I get no help. Everyone i chat to with or call says the same. I cancel the porting or did something to fix it and you should tried again in an hour. But i try and still the same. I cr
I placed an order for a new service with Cricket. The add says next business free delivery. I have spent over 3 hours with their uneducated customer service and I still have not received my phone nor have I received any tracking number. This is not a good way to start a new business relationship. I am about ready to cancel my order. At this point I cannot say that I have had a good experience nor can I say that I would recommend their service. What I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!!
Despite multiple attempts to update my expiring autopay card with various alternatives, including virtual cards from the same bank and a Discover card, I continuously encounter the frustrating "Looks like your card information is incorrect" message, although these cards function flawlessly elsewhere. Exhausting 30 minutes on the phone with unhelpful support only led to the unconvincing conclusion that the issue lies with my card. Even my bank has confirmed the absence of any rejected charges. How can I effectively resolve this exasperating issue?
I was at work today when I get a text that changes were made to my account and I contacted Chat and they gave me the store Number to contact IT was 5114 Wrightsboro Rd, Grovetown Ga 30813. Upon calling to let them know my account was accessed without me being there I was told I was lying. When In fact I am not. They did not have my Valid ID nor me in the store they used a fake ID expiration date to access my account and I will not stand for this. Who else can I contact about this Store this is not the first time this has happened
All phones on my account lost service and account information was changed to a person named Lisa Parker. Because phone was hacked they got other info off my phone and used my PayPal account to make purchases that I am working on to have that revoked. I had to get a new account and all new numbers. How do I go about getting this fixed
The Cricket Wireless manager in Ada, Oklahoma refused to assist me in honoring my disabled veteran state tax exemption card which is a violation of state law. I have reported the incident to the Oklahoma Tax Commission. I am changing carriers. Veterans take your business to companies that appreciate our service.
I've been with Cricket for 20 years. One thing I fail to see is any customer appreciation for those who have been customers for a while. As an example, you can buy a phone for .0 if you bring your number to Cricket but if you want to upgrade it's 149. I think that should totally be the other way around. I have paid thousands to Cricket over the years and the least they can do is give me a good phone at .0 cost to me. The excuse I always hear from them is that I still get the phone cheaper than if I bought it somewhere else. So? Big deal. Then offer that to a NEW customer and reward the customers you've had for a while. I think that sucks and I feel I am always getting the short end of the stick with this company. So, why do I stay? Because I can.
Hello. I've been a customer for a few months now, and every month I get different dates depending on where I'm looking. For example: my current autopay dates are 08/30 according to the text message reminder, 08/31 according to the myCricket app, and 09/01 according to the phone system. When I spoke to a representative, she pointed out that autopay charges a day before the due date, but the app says both "Due Date: Aug 31" AND "We'll automatically charge your credit card or debit card on Aug 31" - which is pretty clearly saying that's when I'll be charged!If the app can reflect my correct payment amount based on autopay, it should also show the correct date on which I'll be charged. This is ridiculous.
