My idiot brother sat on my phone and busted it to the point where the screen doesn't even respond, so I can't unlock it nor even call anyone...making customer support nonviable atm. I need a new phone ASAP because I have several job apps I just put in today, and they all have my dead phone's number on them. How the hell do I cancel my account, and how soon could I transfer its number to a new device?
Can someone please tell me why there has been no cell service in my neighborhood 89102 for a week now and my provider does not even know a tower has been damaged and no one in my neighborhood has service and my many attempts to use online support is going nowhere...they don't even see that there Is problem with the damaged tower/
This company does nothing but lie about their service. First my phone just turns setting on by itself, ive got two write ups at work because my volume will just turn on by itself. Second I was suppose to get a free phone but the agent messed up and which i had to get a new number, and pay for my phone. EVEN WITH THE STORE MANAGEER SAYING YES WE MESSED UP, you guys cant credit my account because there isnt one. Also the manager said it to customer service. I have an eye witness top this. Looks like this company is doing fraud things.
I have the unlimited plan for 2 phones, but the second phone on the account has not been able to make or receive calls or texts for over a month now! i called, and chatted with agents last week and these folks DID NOT FIX a thing and had the nerve to send me a survey! I am expecting the dang on service to be fixed and on top of that you all are STILL expecting a dang near 100.00 payment from me next month, beware they will take your money for products THAT DO NOT WORK

I have been a Cricket customer for many years with no problems but for some unknown reason I have been having nothing but problems with them for the past 6 months. All I wanted to do was add another line to my account. So yesterday I purchased a phone from the cricket website yesterday & added it to my account with a new number. My payment went through, Cricket got paid the amount due & I received my order/conformation number, everything was good until now...I just recieved a email stating that my order was cancelled because they couldn't verify my information. What is there to verify? The address was correct, bank info was right, my bank card info was right & everything matched. I called my bank to see if they cancelled it, they did not. I called cricket customer service, they couldn't provide an exact reason Why it was cancelled but filed a claim to investigate further. So I just re-ordered my same order, let's see if this one gets canceled too.
I tried to add a new line to my existing account for my son. Porting number from his Sprint iPhone. Got to Payment but could not use Amex card that my other 2 line use for auto pay. Bad address. No so. Finally used a Visa that was accepted. Sprint texted that a transfer was requested. However, adding new credit card trashed the Sprint account info so that when Cricket finalized the order the transfer was not completed. Spent almost 2 hours with customer support. They said that they would fix the problem. Today received text from Cricket that problem was resolved. Hah! The order was cancelled. So I reentered the order. Amex was accepted. Purchase completed. Then an email was received that said there was a problem with the number transfer. I think Sprint thinks the transfer was already made. I posted on FB sat and got a little explainton , I have posted several more times all with no answer! I am trying to get 2 Moto 5 cruise phones on the 2gb plan. When it comes to paying it says Wrong address, i have tried on two phones two debit cards with different address. Why can't I pay someone and get the phones? My payment to metro is on the 9th so I have time but I'm running out of time and I'm very flustered won't some please help me?
In June 12, I ported in a number from Sprint and ordered a sim and paid a month in advance for unlimited service. On June 13 i received an email saying my order had been SHIPPED and got a UPS next day air tracking number.Of course, UPS has no shipment from Cricket and only says it has had a shipping label number for four days. Four days?The Pacific Rim Cricket customer service is about as bad and inept as anything I have encountered in 20 years. So you have my money, You ported in my number. I have no sim and no service. UPS has no record of any shipment. Just freaking wonderful.
I am a little confused as to why I have not received an email to track my order yet...I placed an online order yesterday for a new phone and it's still saying the payment is pending yet I haven't received any tracking email and it would be nice to know that my order is being processed and your not just with holding my funds thank you...I am paying that money for my new phone, I would like to receive it now thank you
