Hi @Old k and welcome to the Community Forum! We recommend trying to unlock the phone in the myCricket app if you’re unable to verify the Cricket account information associated with the phone. You do not need to log into the app, but you must be connected to an active WiFi network to complete the unlock process. If you do not see the unlock option on the home screen, then the phone is not eligible for unlock. It must be used on our network for at least 6 months before it can be unlocked.
