I have a unlocked iPhone 11 threw cricket and my girlfriend had a account threw Verizon now she took her SIM card and put it in my phone months ago now all of a sudden they put a block on my iPhone 11 threw cricket that’s unlocked because she didn’t pay her bill how is that even possible what do I need to do
