Phone is iPhone 13 promax but also could not setup on my old iPhone 7.
on the phone app, I go to voicemail and it only shows call voicemail.
when called it would say this person does not have voicemail setup and I press pound and my phone number but not setup.
when call support, asked for English and then voicemail and only gave two option setup / reset voicemail.
when setup it only says hold 1 and doesn’t work.
when reset it says reset and when I go voicemail doesn’t prompt change voicemail
