I have been on Cricket for 90 days. My service is horrendous and is unusable at my home address because of the terrain and distance from the cell phone tower site and my proximity to the nuclear power plant which in and of itself has been known to cause RF interference. How does one go anout requesting a special one off Unlock to switch to a better carrier with a tower that is closer to them? My tower is 6 miles away from my address.

A device can be unlocked, once the requirements below are met:

1. The device you want to unlock has been active for at least six months of paid service on that device.

2. The device is designed for use on and is locked to Cricket's network.

3. The device has not been reported lost or stolen.

4. The device is not associated with a fraudulent account.
