No matter what settings I change I can’t get it to keep any greeting I record or set and I’m missing a lot of messages and job opportunities. Anybody can you please help ?!

How do I reset my vm? I would’ve done that already had I known I could.

Yes I have reset it and it is still doing the same thing and when I left myself a message using my wife’s phone it didn’t play the greeting I set or actually go to the mailboxes
