Hello. is there a way to get contacts out of an i phone 5c with a damaged screen? the phone still works with siri but i am not able to figure out if this is possible. I have another i phone 5 c.

There are lots of ways to move contacts. If you use iCloud you can just restore the new phone from a backup on the old device. You can also plug the phone into iTunes and backup the contacts and other info then plug in the new phone.
