Cricket iPhone unlock

Hello friends! 

I amn't US citizen. I live in Europe. I bought iPhone 7 plus on eBay from re-seller , not from original owner. It's a cricket phone. I need to unlock it for any GSM network. Cricket support tell me that i need wireless number or account information for unlocking. I haven't any info. There is one another option; Operator says that: 

The person who is an existing Cricket customer can authenticate the account with his account credentials then with the help of your phone's imei number, the unlock code can be checked.

The only option left for you is to contact someone in the U.S. who is a Cricket customer and he will be able to authenticate the account with his account credentials.

Once the account is authenticated, we can check the unlock code with the help of your phone's imei number.

Can anyone help me to do that? Please read and help me! I really need it!

Hello @otar12670! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. Cricket does require that customers have at least 6 months of active service on the device before it is eligible to be unlocked. For us to review the device tenure, we would need to know the Cricket phone number and account security information that was associated with the device. Please know that any Cricket account will not be able to review this information. We must have the Cricket phone that actually was associated with the device.

I am sorry but i haven’t any nomber or security information wich is associated with this iphone. It means that iphone is locked forever?

I bought a Cricket locked phone too in US and had to leave the country, so never activated Tue service. It has been impossible to unlock through unlock companies, It is a scam, I lost my money!!! Stupid company policy...
