Purchased a new IPhone fast charger Saturday. It was defective, and I returned 2 business days later. They refused to exchange, or refund cost. I also purchased a new IPhone 12, through Progressive. I charged my bank card for charger and phone case. Then I discover they also added the phone charger and cover to my Progressive loan. These people are very untrustworthy. I filed a complaint with State Attorney Generals office.
