From time to time I will receive a batch of voicemail days after the callers left their messages.
The standard reply is to delete old voicemail messages, update and restart phone. All of these have been done and are kept up to date and yet the problem sporadically exists.
It does no good for people to leave voicemail if I can’t be certain I’ll receive them immediately. There are occasions when it’s vital that messages be received immediately.
Is this an issue specific to Cricket? Shall I look into other carriers that might be more reliable in this area? I have no other complaints with the company but this ONE is enough to consider changing carriers.
