I signed up to try esim service (trial) I got phone number and it’s showing Cricket as secondary with phone number but says can’t activate esim

I signed up for the esim trial service I’ve got the phone number and activated but I don’t have the QR code to scan or activation code to set up esim. Sorry I sent this in PM to you as well.
