Hello, I have a cricket cell phone, and I am living in Spain and when I enter the new sim, the cell phone is blocked, I don't know what to do, help.

We’d be happy to verify if your phone meets our unlock requirements. Please send us a private message to @CricketSupport and include the name on your account, your wireless number, and the IMEI number of the phone. You can review our Device Unlock Policy here:


If you are unable to verify the Cricket account information associated with the phone, we are unable to provide any unlock assistance, and we recommend trying to unlock the phone in the myCricket app. You do not need to log in to the app, but you must be connected to an active WiFi network during the unlock process. Please be sure you’re also using the latest app version.
