I’m currently outside of US. How can I listen to my voice messages (SMS) that were sent to me?
If it is a standard SMS, then you would need to have access to the cellular network (towers) to receive the message. Cricket only has international roaming in Canada & Mexico with the unlimited plans, so if you are in another country you will probably have to wait until you are back in coverage. If it was a whatsapp, iMessage or other IP based messaging, you would be able to receive it if you connect to WiFi.
