A dear friend was in a terrible accident in a fall from his roof. He is now in rehab for memory loss and motor skills. He had a cricket account, which his wife suspended while he was in the hospital. During that time his iphone was also stolen from his wife’s backpack when she was visiting him in the hospital. They have purchased a new iphone and contacted cricket to get the number added to the new phone. Someone told her that Cricket owned the number and he couldn’t have it back. For some people this might be ok, but for Lynn, with major memory loss, this is devastating. Is there anything that can be done to give him back his old phone number? Thank you for your help.
