Hi I want to get the new iPhone 14 I got my iPhone 12 at the cricket store Aug. 2021 how can I activate my new iPhone with out having to pay the fee to activate.

Hi @bluejay713 !

Thanks for posting. If you purchased an iPhone 14 from the Apple store, then you would not be charged an upgrade fee of $25, as it was not purchased with Cricket Wireless.
