I’ve used Cricket for years in the US and used temporary service (Vodafone) while I’m abroad. But this time I can’t get Cricket back on my phone. It shows T mobile. I drove to 2 stores listed on Cricket’s website - which are closed down. I talked to a bot and then chatted to a nice person who couldn’t help me and said to call Customer Support. At first I was to be transferred to a person, but then my phone was closed down, and no calls go through.
I saw a similar issue but the only comment was Cricket would reach out to that customer. On the phone app, I go to voicemail and it only shows “call voicemail”. when called it would say this person does not have voicemail setup.The Cricket setup instructions say to hold 1 from the keypad and it doesn’t work either.
Bought unlocked iPhone X and started using it with cricket since August 2018, last week when I tried to use another carrier they told me my iPhone is locked. I've already called apple and cricket customer service. apple says they can't unlock network related locks and suggestions I should contact my carrier which is cricket. cricket are play marry go around with me. Every day is different story and different case file but no solution. Apps keeps switching, screen like shakes (but phone doesn’t move like a notification). Is on latest iOS, no updates are available. Have powered off/on, done hard reset - still comes up bad. After last hard reset, the folders on the home page are all shaking (but not in a “delete” way). Anyone can help?
Used to love cricket but ever since the upgrade on everything it has been crap! only think working is email can’t look through Facebook , can’t sent texts quickly. Hell can’t even maintain a phone call! Then call 611 and they are down for maintenance ! Hope you FIX THIS.
Cricket Trouble Ticket C-FQHV7E June 9, 2022. Bought unlocked Iphone 11 directly from carrier. Took home put Cricket SIM in. Has worked fine for 2 or 3 years. Was 4th line on my Cricket acct. Phone must be used overseas for 2 months. Late on June 7, 2022, put SIM in from other carrier. Error message said could not connect to this carrier. On morning of June 8, 2022, spoke with two diff Cricket tech support about half hour apart to make sure phone was unlocked. They only asked for phone number on phone to check. Both times was told not locked. That eve, tried SIM from a 2 nd non Cricket carrier to test. Same error meesage. This implies phone is locked.On June 9 called Cricket tech line 3rd time. Tech said phone is indeed locked. I said I need to speak to supervisor because I will be reporting this to FCC. Supervisor wrote expedited ticket for "back office" to unlock. Said flight overseas is eve on June 12. Was told would get phone call between 10pm and 11 pm on that
I have sent several emails and can't believe no one has been courteous enough to contact me. This includes having sent emails to firstname.lastname@example.orgJohn D. the CEO of Cricket Wireless and the VP of Customer Satisfaction. I guess I should contact JD Powers and complain to them. Right now I am unemployed (for several months) and can't even afford to replace my phone using the payment plan option and no upgrade deal is offered for iPhone 13 (which I still can't afford). My iPhone 6S is on its last leg, I am wondering if Cricket could please help me by replacing my current iPhone 6S with a new iPhone 13 Pro free of charge under customer loyalty and retention? T-Mobile sent me an offer for an iPhone 13 Pro for $50 if transfer my services to their plan which would be less expensive. Verizon is offering iPhone 13’s as well.
I have an iPhone 12 Pro and about 2-3 days ago it quit receiving calls from certain people. I have checked all of my setting that I could think of such as notifications, airplane mode, etc. All except a factory reset. My phone recently did 2 software updates but I’m not sure if it was before or after this started happening. Any ideas on how to fix this without a factory reset?
Hi there, Thanks for helping me with my dispute before but now I am having an issue with unlocking my phone. I purchased the locked IPhone SE last November and have been using your service since then. I have met the 6 month requirement but it says that I can't unlock it. I used my cricket SIM card primarily on the other IPhone 11 that I purchased myself, it was unlocked when I purchased it. Most of the time I used the IPhone SE without the SIM card. As I have been using your service for the entire 6 months period, and I only used the SIM card on the other unlocked phone purchased directly from Apple (you can check the history to confirm this), I think it makes sense if you can unlock my Iphone SE. Thanks a lot
Is removing the SIM card from my current phone and inserting it to the iPhone I'm switching to good or bad? If it’s bad, I have to upgrade my sim. The sim card my phone uses is nano sim card so I could fit on the sim card tray of the iPhone. Is It Good or Bad? Reply To Let Me Know
My child has an iPhone 10 and I have an iPhone 10 Expert. Both phones are backup phones due to unfortunate support. Both phones worked perfectly and at the same time both phones are currently experiencing Omegle management issues similar to our iPhone. cps test Disagreement When we're on the phone, we can hear all kinds of things, but the person we're talking to can't hear us. Called customer service more than once to get plenty of useless excuses, went to the real deal 14 miles from my house to sell two new sim cards that literally did nothing. I have just camzap been informed that I want to purchase another protection guarantee and buy two iPhone 10? Any help would be great before changing the management of the phone.
