A dear friend was in a terrible accident in a fall from his roof. He is now in rehab for memory loss and motor skills. He had a cricket account, which his wife suspended while he was in the hospital. During that time his iphone was also stolen from his wife’s backpack when she was visiting him in the hospital. They have purchased a new iphone and contacted cricket to get the number added to the new phone. Someone told her that Cricket owned the number and he couldn’t have it back. For some people this might be ok, but for Lynn, with major memory loss, this is devastating. Is there anything that can be done to give him back his old phone number? Thank you for your help.
I have an XS in good condition. It’s been in a case since day 1. It does have a couple of small nics on the bottom and a couple of tiny scratches you could see in certain lighting/ angles. I’d love to trade in and get the 420 ( pretty much exahttps://nox.tips/ctly the same as I’d get from swappa after fees and shipping), but I don’t want to open my new iPhone 11 only to get an offer for $290. Are they strict with their assessments?https://xender.vip/
I had the Cricket App (Hiya) that blocks spam calls. I removed the App because it was silencing legit calls. Now I have the App uninstalled and I have been getting more and more spam calls today. Also all unknown calls are still being silenced. That might be good but I was expecting a call from someone they are not in my phone but I know the number. The call was silenced even with the App removed. I held my finger on the app and chose remove.
I have been a Cricket customer for over a year...I bought a new iphone XS at Best Buy with no sim card and no cell service contract, was told it will work with all providers. I removed the sim card (Cricket) from my old device, installed in my new phone and powered up, it worked immediately. About a month later I tried to switch service to Verizon who told me phone was compatible. Tried their sim card and doesn't work because Cricket locked my phone. Yes, MY PHONE, that I paid for in full. I have not been able to get Cricket to unlock my phone. I had to pay for another months service Or lose my number and still have a locked phone. What gives a "bring your device, pay as you go" company the right to lock my phone? I have spoken with Cricket support every day to get this resolved to no avail. They keep promising to call me back, still waiting.Verizon charged me for sim card and first months service before they would try the sim card. They told me

Good afternoon! Next week, October 13, 2020, Apple is having an event pertaining to the Iphone 12. A couple days after the event next Tuesday, Apple is also supposed to release at least two out of four new models of the iphone 12 for pre order. Will cricket be allowing any of the four new iphones to have access to its 5G network? How soon will cricket post about this information?
Good morning. I have had a problem for a while now. I have an unlocked Iphone XS on Cricket network. I noticed that whenever I make a call, my connection goes from LTE to 4G, which I do not understand why. I even checked my settings on my Iphone and went to the "Cellular Data Options" setting and i HAVE "LTE" selected for "Voice & Data".I googled it and an AT&T user said that it had something to do with him using the same old sim chip from an Iphone 6s in the past. The person had to go to an AT&T store and get an updated chip that is LTE compatible for Voice and Date (VOLTE). Could this be my problem as well? If so, which sim chip should I ask for?
Hello, As my bank account is overdrawn, this came into my attention: Cricket keeps charging me the monthly fee (February and march) even after I did NOT use the service at all. It's been 2 months since I got back to my krogerfeedback talktosonic talktowendys whataburger survey country. I am currently subscribing a provider in my country. I have not used the number I was provided from Cricket for the last 2 months at all. But somehow I've been charged twice: in total 110$, each month for 55$. Is there a way to get the money back?Cricket does not seem to have an email address to contact. thanksjackyjoy
