I had cancelled confirmed order for porting 5 number to Cricket due wanting to change type of phone, but now when i resubmit the order i unable to get the Promotion advertised on the website. I am getting error when i place the order. I have talked to 10 different customer agent and they are not able to figure it out.Error message I am getting: Only two phones (6s, 6s plus, 7 and 7 plus) is allowed per household.
I purchased my Iphone through Cricket and have been a customer for over 1 year. I've requested my phone to be unlocked multiple times for almost 2 months and have not been able to get it unlocked. This was supposed to be available to me after 6 months of service. very poor response even though I've lived up to my part of the deal.
I have been unable to get voicemail set up on my iPhone, even with the assistance of a customer service rep at 611. The message on my system says, "Welcome to the message management system" and asks for the number being called. If I enter my number, it says that it is not a valid number. I have now had my VM rest 3x, turned my phone on and off with each reset and still no luck>>>>PLEASE HELP!
I bought a new iphone 7 plus from cricket in the store on September 2019 and since i got it I noticed that the phone would restart every time the battery charged to97-100 percent and it would do that sometimes and now it does it more often what should I do did i get a faulty phone or was it not new ? They told me it was ..?
About 10 days ago I purchased an unlocked iPhone 11 brand new from Bestbuy because I will be traveling soon to Europe. The purpose of buying the phone unlocked was for the ability to use it freely while I travel. Currently, I have 4 mobile lines with Cricket, which I have been a customer for over a year now. I discovered yesterday Cricket locked the phone to their network. This prevents me now from using my phone for the purpose for which it was purchased. I called Apple to verify the phone was originally indeed unlocked when I purchased it. After 3 long, grueling hours of being on the phone I finally got representative to expedite the issue to the Technical Department of Cricket. The representative told me I would receive and electronic unlock and a notification this was done. I am still waiting for the unlock. Can a moderator or supervisor please assist me here with the issue? How long does it take for the unlock request to complete ? I need my phone. My travels are approaching very
Whats the deal with this?I like the content on AppleTV+ but everytime I use the TV app I have to click all the way to the bottom to finally get to AppleTV+ shows.Even worse is I literally don't use the TV app for anything else except AppleTV+ content. You would think by now the advanced AI would know to put AppleTV+ content on the first row. But no. It buries it waaayyyyyy down the bottom.Even worse a ton of the rows above are for HBO, Netflix, Showtime, ect......stuff I don't even had subscriptions to. Why are they showing me all this crap I don't have access to?
Hello friends! I amn't US citizen. I live in Europe. I bought iPhone 7 plus on eBay from re-seller , not from original owner. It's a cricket phone. I need to unlock it for any GSM network. Cricket support tell me that i need wireless number or account information for unlocking. I haven't any info. There is one another option; Operator says that: The person who is an existing Cricket customer can authenticate the account with his account credentials then with the help of your phone's imei number, the unlock code can be checked.The only option left for you is to contact someone in the U.S. who is a Cricket customer and he will be able to authenticate the account with his account credentials.Once the account is authenticated, we can check the unlock code with the help of your phone's imei number.Can anyone help me to do that? I purchased my iPhone XR unlocked with not sim..put in my cricket SIM card and used my phone. I have recently decided to switch carriers because it picks up better at my home only to find out Cricket has locked my phone!!! How can you lock a phone that wasn’t purchased from cricket??
My son has an iPhone 7 Plus and I have a iPhone 7. Both phones are replacement phones due to poor service. Both phones worked flawlessly and almost simultaneously both phones now have service issues just like our iPhone 6’s did. When talking on the phone we can hear everything clear as can be but the person that we are speaking to can not hear us. I have called customer service more than a handful of times to get the run around, I have driven to the actual store that is 14 miles one way from my home to be sold two new SIM cards that did absolutely nothing. Now I’m being told that I need to do another insurance claim and purchase two iPhone 8’s? Any help would be wonderful before I change phone services.
My iPhone 8 is having problems with mobile data. Mainly with iMessage, most of the time my messages will take minutes to send, if at all. I have tried everything: turning on and off cellular data and disabling and enabling LTE. I tried turning iMessage on and off. Resetting network settings. Restarting the phone. I have tried all these multiple times.
I had my Iphone 7 for a while then it Fell into a boot loop so I had to reset it and now it says unable to activate but when i update it on Itunes it says cant pull activation from sim card of some sort i checked my sim card and it is cricket, I dont know if I can get a replacement phone or what?
Our service has been very hit or miss and we decided to go with another carrier. My phone went through with no issues but my husband’s that he bought is still in the magic six months. We called and they even admitted that our service was only on the good side but the “system” would not allow for an override to the phone lock. We have to turn off the cellular service or use our WiFi to make calls at home. We were not told about the phone lock with purchase. We were told we could leave at any time. Sure you can leave but not with their phone even though we paid for it. Crappy service and crappy practices.
I have been a Cricket customer for over a year...I bought a new iphone XS at Best Buy with no sim card and no cell service contract, was told it will work with all providers. I removed the sim card (Cricket) from my old device, installed in my new phone and powered up, it worked immediately. About a month later I tried to switch service to Verizon who told me phone was compatible. Tried their sim card and doesn't work because Cricket locked my phone. Yes, MY PHONE, that I paid for in full. I have not been able to get Cricket to unlock my phone. I had to pay for another months service Or lose my number and still have a locked phone. What gives a "bring your device, pay as you go" company the right to lock my phone? I have spoken with Cricket support every day to get this resolved to no avail. They keep promising to call me back, still waiting.Verizon charged me for sim card and first months service before they would try the sim card. They told me
I have been a customer for 2 years & cricket is refusing to unlock my iPhone 7. I paid cash for this phone & no where on my receipt does it say this particular phone has to be in use for 6 months before it will be unlocked. I have 1 month until I hit that 6 months & I am going abroad. In store they told me my phone was unlocked & useable abroad. It’s not. Calling customer service was pointless. They told me it needed to be active 6 months then 7 months & they can’t help because the system is what unlocks phones. They can unlock at anytime for military so I know this can be rectified by UNLOCKING my phone. If anyone knows how to get this unlocked please advise. Waiting the month is not an option.
