My wife's IPhone 8+ is in SOS only mode. We have tried all of the suggestions to no avail. Took it to the Cricket.store. They were unable to get it to work and suggested the phone was to old and needed to be replaced. Other carriers report the phone is supported. Any help would be appreciated.
Good evening!I purchased an Apple XS Max outright from Cricket Wireless in February. About 3 weeks into service, my employer offered to move my number to our Verizon corporate account, and cover the cost of my phone service. I saw this as a monthly savings in my pocket, and would stop having to carry two different cell phones, so I jumped at the chance when my service period was over with Cricket. I paid for my device outright and was not enrolled in some sort of plan, so I assumed all was OK.Phone number ported over to Verizon correctly, placed my new Verizon SIM in the XS Max, and was told that the XS Max was locked. Inquired with Cricket support, and was told of the policy of requiring 6 months of service before a device could be unlocked.I thought this was odd as I paid full price for the XS Max outright. I was still told that the phone could not be unlocked, even after I offered to pre-pay for the remaining 5 months of service just so that I could not
In January about a brand new iPhone 12 May or June I switch to boost mobile lost my iPhone 12 in the middle of moving found it yesterday change back to Cricket Call to get my iPhone 12 took off blacklist Beings it’s on old account It can’t be done lady at Cricket support told me to go to the store they have a good deals on new phones so there was no help if anybody can tell me how to do this please
Cricket Protect Plus, AT&T Protect Advantage or whatever you would like to call it everyone still ends up filling a claim with Asurion and finding out they have to mail in the damaged device and pay for a new one. Apple will either repair the defect at no charge, using new parts or previously used Apple genuine parts or replacement product that is new one.
I’ve used Cricket for years in the US and used temporary service (Vodafone) while I’m abroad. But this time I can’t get Cricket back on my phone. It shows T mobile. I drove to 2 stores listed on Cricket’s website - which are closed down. I talked to a bot and then chatted to a nice person who couldn’t help me and said to call Customer Support. At first I was to be transferred to a person, but then my phone was closed down, and no calls go through.
So I got a iPhone 12 Pro Max this week, and for the first 3 days I left 5G turned on... but then I’ve turned it off.At home I would get 2-4 bars of 5G. And at work about 1-2 bars of 5G.But even when at full speed thinks like music, youtube etc, I don’t notice it any faster than on 5G.So question... who has 5G turned on and who has 4G only?
Hello, i bought an iPhone 11 back in November of last year and have been using this phone since then. However my battery health is dropping really fast as it is currently 86% after 5 months. I use my phone for average 8 hours a days and use fast charginh. My friend gas gad his iphone 11 pro for about a year and a half and his health is 84% and his average is 7 hours. Is there a fault in my phone or am i doing something wrong?
Shame on you cricket!!! I have been a loyal customer for years and now I was going to add a line and port in a number until i was informed exisitng customers pay $249 For the iphone se but if i was a new customer i could get it for $49. I will be changing providers. That is sorry
Used to love cricket but ever since the upgrade on everything it has been crap! only think working is email can’t look through Facebook , can’t sent texts quickly. Hell can’t even maintain a phone call! Then call 611 and they are down for maintenance ! Hope you FIX THIS.
I purchase a new iPhone 11 XR from cricket on April 10 and it has now malfunctioned and your customer service told me there was nothing they could do since I couldn’t return it after 6 days. They to me to send it to Apple because it was under their warranty. I also have insurance and they would not allow me to make a claim. I can’t just send my phone off and wait for a return because I am the Director of a domestic violence shelter that runs 24 hours a day and I am on call all the time no exceptions. The woman that waited on my at the Poplar Bluff, Missouri was very rude and not at all understanding. I love my phone service just not your customer service.
I purchased my Iphone through Cricket and have been a customer for over 1 year. I've requested my phone to be unlocked multiple times for almost 2 months and have not been able to get it unlocked. This was supposed to be available to me after 6 months of service. very poor response even though I've lived up to my part of the deal.
