dead air time on almost every call

Our phones are one week old…90 percent of my calls result in dead air time during the call where the service cuts out. Typically the call isn’t dropped it just goes in and out. We are in an open area of the house and have never had an issue with calls as we are in a metropolitan area. This happens at work, at home, in the car…I need to know a few options. I’ve gone in the store and they rest my network settings, I’ve toggled between airplane mode off then back on, Ive restarted my phone. Please help.

LOTS AND LOTS OF ON THE PHONE WAITING FOR REPS TO BE HUNG UP ON SEVERAL I MEAN 4 TIMES WHEN ASKED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR!!!! Does the iPhone 11 technically support HDR and considered an HDR display?

I just got the the 11 Pro Max and my brother just received the 11 and upon further inspection on both the Netflix and YouTube app I see an option for HDR on the 11 and I remember seeing that option on the XR as well. I’m not too familiar of what class of display passes HDR certification on the low end but if it’s not exactly “HDR” (most reviewer say it’s not HDR) can’t that be called for false advertisement? Looking at both displays watching the same video it’s actually hard seeing a overall sharpness and color differences on both displays at a normal viewing distance. In my opinion Apple did an amazing job on the 1routerlogin1’s display even at a sub-1080p resolution and an LCD display and I wouldn’t mind watching content and using it on a daily. The only time I can see a significant difference is in black levels. Obviously because the use of LCD on the 11, you can’t really get those inky black levels of OLED. What I’m trying to understand is if HDR cares less of resolution than overa

MagSafe charging or Lightning charging

What's the best way of charging between the two to make your battery last longer?I bought an iPhone 12 this January coming from a 7 and I was wondering if, aside from charging speed, there is an actual long term benefit in using one charging method instead of the other.I read about people saying magsafe should make it last longer because it operates at 15W instead of the lighting charging at 20W, but it may also decrease the battery life because wireless charging produces quite some heat which causes batteries to degrade faster.I don't really care about "fast charging" so I was considering buying a magsafe charger but only if it proves to be actually helpful.

Ever since i have had my phone it’s always randomly dropping calls i can maybe get 4 minutes into a call then it randomly stops and it’s anywhere i am at and i have another line on my account and they don’t have this problem only mine does

My Iphone 7 Sim Card Stopped Working

I had my Iphone 7 for a while then it Fell into a boot loop so I had to reset it and now it says unable to activate but when i update it on Itunes it says cant pull activation from sim card of some sort i checked my sim card and it is cricket, I dont know if I can get a replacement phone or what?

Problemas para transferir mi número a otra compañía / Ayuda

Llevo ya casi dos semanas intentando hacer la transferencia de mis dos líneas de Cricket hacia Xffinity. Y en el chat no me dan ninguna solución y comentan que es asunto de Xffinity. Ellos me han dado razón de que el número está bloqueado y que les aparece un código de error al intentar hacer la transferencia. Un mensaje que dice que el MDN no es compatible con el código. Me lo han comentado 4 asesores. Tengo dos líneas que contraté al mismo tiempo y el problema solo sucede con una de ellas. Pero en Cricket insisten que la línea con ellos no tiene ningún problema. También me lo han repetido como 4 asesores.En verdad agradezco su ayuda.

Can Face ID unlock your phone with a face mask on?

I've recently noticed (around 3 days ago) that my iPhone is able to unlock my phone even with a face mask on, covering the nose and mouth. It even works for Apple Pay!It's not 100% reliable however, it works better the further down the mask is on the nose bridge.I have not done anything since I registered the face ID back in November 2020.I'm using an iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 14.4Anyone else experiencing this "bug" or "feature"?

Good afternoon! Next week, October 13, 2020, Apple is having an event pertaining to the Iphone 12. A couple days after the event next Tuesday, Apple is also supposed to release at least two out of four new models of the iphone 12 for pre order. Will cricket be allowing any of the four new iphones to have access to its 5G network? How soon will cricket post about this information?

Mobile data on iPhone 8

My iPhone 8 is having problems with mobile data. Mainly with iMessage, most of the time my messages will take minutes to send, if at all. I have tried everything: turning on and off cellular data and disabling and enabling LTE. I tried turning iMessage on and off. Resetting network settings. Restarting the phone. I have tried all these multiple times.Thanksliteblue

Does the iPhone 12pro really need a screen protector?

So I’ve been an iPhone user for the last 10 years from the 4 all the way up now to the 12Pro and have always used screen protectors mostly for peace of mind. The 12/12Pro is claimed to have much stronger glass and overall be a much tougher phone than any previous iPhone (standard apple marketing of course). I’ve always used a glass screen protector on my iPhone for years and while it does serve a function, it does look a little tacky.I rarely ever drop my phone and take pretty good care of it and the glass screen protectors very very rarely get scratched or chipped anyway (assuming they also use a much weaker and lower grade glass than the current iPhone screen glass too).Is there minimal risk using no screen protector on the 12pro and have people used theirs without one and had no issues?
