This customer service representative at the West 117th location Cleveland Ohio, she charge me $10 for a Sim chip that I didn’t need. she was trying to troubleshoot my phone, if you don’t know how to troubleshoot a phone in with the phone and what it needs. Please not charge customers $10 for a Sim chip that they don’t need. I called the district manager and the manager of the store and argued with me and said it’s non refundable.
My child has an iPhone 10 and I have an iPhone 10 Expert. Both phones are backup phones due to unfortunate support. I had cancelled confirmed order for porting 5 number to Cricket due wanting to change type of phone, but now when i resubmit the order i unable to get the Promotion advertised on the website. I am getting error when i place the order. I have talked to 10 different customer agent and they are not able to figure it out.Error message I am getting: Only two phones (6s, 6s plus, 7 and 7 plus) is allowed per household.
I'm sentimental and prefer to keep my messages. However they're taking up half the space on my iPhone 12 Mini.Up until recently, Messages were disabled on my iCloud (I'm not sure why). I was under the impression that if I enabled them, that they would be "offloaded" to iCloud and would free up space. I did this a week ago and watched it slowly sync over the next few days. However I'm still sitting at 130gig on the phone.What are my options here? Assuming I want to keep a history of all my messages. Worth noting is I'm technically ok if they aren't on my phone and instead are on iCloud or some other easily-accessed backup.Worth noting is I've already gone through and deleted large attachments (via the feature which lists attachments by size).Thanks in advance.
On April 5th 2019 I switched to 3 for $90 plan and immediately lost internet /data.Today is April 10th and I still don't have internet or data on my iPhone 6S Plus.After going through all the steps they wanted me to do and not getting anywhere they told me that my SIM card is bad and to go to a Cricket store to buy one and have it installed.I did that this morning but I still can't get the internet and data. The cricket guy put the new SIM card in a different phone and it didn't work there either. So he told me that the problem isn't with the SIM card or my phone but with my number and that the store couldn't help and to call 611 again.Just talked to a 611 support guy who is telling me to go to the store for help! This is just ridiculous!!!called them again and the guy told me to do network reset for the 4th time... said he would call back in 3 minutes and never called back.I'm really frustrated how terrible Cricked has been acting - no real help at all. iPhone 11 .Something weird started happening to certain people on my contacts . As of today only , I’ve texted three people . I send them a text , and later they call me and they say “ what’s up , did you call me ? I had a missed call from you ?” At first I was like ok? No but i sent you a text . Happened two more times . I never called them , I sent them a text . So it seems I send a text and on their side they get a notification of a missed call from me . Did I changed something in my phone I was not supposed to ?
I have never set up my voicemail and now that I’m back to work and a lot busier I need to activate it asap. I’m not getting any option to reset on the website, in the app and no luck with customer service because it’s Sunday. I called my local cricket wireless and without any reset option on the website I’ll have to take my phone in. Can anyone help me with this? I have the iPhone 11
Apps keeps switching, screen like shakes (but phone doesn’t move like a notification). Is on latest iOS, no updates are available. Have powered off/on, done hard reset - still comes up bad. After last hard reset, the folders on the home page are all shaking (but not in a “delete” way). Anyone can help?
Hi all, Brother and I both have iPhone 7s with latest OS. We just switched from Verizon. Texting, voicemail, talking with other folks- works fine, hassle-free.But whenever we are talking with each other it sounds like we’re talking with tin cans and string!
