I have sent several emails and can't believe no one has been courteous enough to contact me. This includes having sent emails to email@example.comJohn D. the CEO of Cricket Wireless and the VP of Customer Satisfaction. I guess I should contact JD Powers and complain to them. Right now I am unemployed (for several months) and can't even afford to replace my phone using the payment plan option and no upgrade deal is offered for iPhone 13 (which I still can't afford). My iPhone 6S is on its last leg, I am wondering if Cricket could please help me by replacing my current iPhone 6S with a new iPhone 13 Pro free of charge under customer loyalty and retention? T-Mobile sent me an offer for an iPhone 13 Pro for $50 if transfer my services to their plan which would be less expensive. Verizon is offering iPhone 13’s as well.
I have an iPhone 12 Pro and about 2-3 days ago it quit receiving calls from certain people. I have checked all of my setting that I could think of such as notifications, airplane mode, etc. All except a factory reset. My phone recently did 2 software updates but I’m not sure if it was before or after this started happening. Any ideas on how to fix this without a factory reset?
I just got the the 11 Pro Max and my brother just received the 11 and upon further inspection on both the Netflix and YouTube app I see an option for HDR on the 11 and I remember seeing that option on the XR as well. I’m not too familiar of what class of display passes HDR certification on the low end but if it’s not exactly “HDR” (most reviewer say it’s not HDR) can’t that be called for false advertisement? Looking at both displays watching the same video it’s actually hard seeing a overall sharpness and color differences on both displays at a normal viewing distance. In my opinion Apple did an amazing job on the 1routerlogin1’s display even at a sub-1080p resolution and an LCD display and I wouldn’t mind watching content and using it on a daily. The only time I can see a significant difference is in black levels. Obviously because the use of LCD on the 11, you can’t really get those inky black levels of OLED. Hi there, Thanks for helping me with my dispute before but now I am having an issue with unlocking my phone. I purchased the locked IPhone SE last November and have been using your service since then. I have met the 6 month requirement but it says that I can't unlock it. I used my cricket SIM card primarily on the other IPhone 11 that I purchased myself, it was unlocked when I purchased it. Most of the time I used the IPhone SE without the SIM card. As I have been using your service for the entire 6 months period, and I only used the SIM card on the other unlocked phone purchased directly from Apple (you can check the history to confirm this), I think it makes sense if you can unlock my Iphone SE. Is removing the SIM card from my current phone and inserting it to the iPhone I'm switching to good or bad? If it’s bad, I have to upgrade my sim. The sim card my phone uses is nano sim card so I could fit on the sim card tray of the iPhone. Is It Good or Bad? Reply To Let Me Know
Phone is iPhone 13 promax but also could not setup on my old iPhone 7.on the phone app, I go to voicemail and it only shows call voicemail. when called it would say this person does not have voicemail setup and I press pound and my phone number but not setup.when call support, asked for English and then voicemail and only gave two option setup / reset voicemail.when setup it only says hold 1 and doesn’t work.when reset it says reset and when I go voicemail doesn’t prompt change voicemail

I want to post this on my own thread just in case someone has a solution. Switched an iPhone 6Splus from ATT to Cricket. The same day and ever since, the battery drains so fast during texting. I can listen to a book all day, but with frequent texting the battery will be from full charge to near dead in 4 To 6 hours. Prior to switching, battery life was about a day and a half with normal use. This makes no sense to me but it’s hard to me to believe coincidence. Any ideas?
I’m considering purchasing an Apple iPhone 11 from Apple in the next couple of months, carrier unlocked. Will I be able to transfer my SIM card from my iPhone 7 Plus to the new phone, as well as keep my current hotspot plan? I want to basically render my iPhone 7 Plus to be able to work only through WiFi, I’m not interested in losing the phone body. I figured that putting the SIM card into the new phone would give me the phone number that’s already associated with my account, so I’m not worried about that part.
Hello,After purchasing a new iPhone 8+ from Cricket wireless and fulfilling their unlocking requirements, I unlocked the IPhone (from my account) I ported out to Sprint/TMobile to take advantage of their free line offer on the family plan.However when trying to activate the IPhone on the Sprint/Tmobile network, I get a message “Sorry, but this phone can't be activated with Sprint service”Sprint is indicating that the device is not fully unlocked and I need to contact Cricket. I have contacted Cricket Wireless support twice and they keep pointing me to the “Phone Unlock Requirements” which I already fulfilled. The phone was unlocked from my Account. Now I am unable to get into my account sine I am no longer a customer Can someone from Cricket wireless assist and get help get to the bottom. It shouldn’t be this frustrating. Thanks
Hi,I ordered a new iphone 11 (128g, black) at the cricket online shop, but the package was lost at the UPS Access Point. I filed a claim at the UPS website and they said they failed to find my package. I can see that my status changed to ‘claim issued(approved)’ . They said that they will forward the search results to the shipper and I need to contact the shipper for further details if I have any question. Since I have no idea what I am supposed to do next, could you let me know what I should do to get refund or redelivery for my lost package? Hello!Recently my iPhone XS was giving me full of storage notifications. I deleted pretty much half of my apps and about 400 photos and videos, but it literally did not change anything. The phone was still full and giving me notifications. I thought it was a small glitch or whatever, but the next day I wake up and my phone gave me the notification that I cannot use the internet, make phone calls, or anything on it because of the full sthappymodorage. I did the most stupid thing ever and did a reset on it to get it back and see if the problem might fix itself. Now the iPhone only starts and resets the bootup process. I assume it cannot b10.0.0.0.1oot up because it's too full. I haven't put it in recovery mode be192.168.1.254cause I read that it then 100% erases your data. Is that so? Is there any chance I could get my phone back with no data loss or is it already gone at this point? The phone is still under warranty, but the store said Apple will delete all the data and reset it or give
