I placed an order for 2 iPhone 6s for my daughter and niece.... For some reason by me ordering after 2pm ET the order was placed the next day which was the 25th of February.... The 27th comes around and still no phones, I called to see what's the hold up, and was told it phones will be there tomorrow the 28th....That time comes and still no phones....So Saturday morning I called to find out that my phones was delayed at 5 in the morning..... Somebody from the office will notify me about my order.... Let hours pass on (Saturday) and decided to call back and get your phones have been cancelled, okay.... (So where's my refund).I was told I will have it in my bank no later than Wednesday which was the 4th of March....Checked my card nothing, even called the operated for my card and was told nothing was sent back from cricket.... Calls cricket back and explain to them (still on the 4th)that I haven't received my order or refund so what the hell is going on! Next thing I know is a ticket is
I got a new phone and it is not blacklisted but after 30 minutes or so the phone keeps getting reported lost/stolen after I try to activate it.I just want to know why it is doing it because all the things that I have read online says the phone is blacklisted when it does that but it is not blacklisted
About 10 days ago I purchased an unlocked iPhone 11 brand new from Bestbuy because I will be traveling soon to Europe. The purpose of buying the phone unlocked was for the ability to use it freely while I travel. Currently, I have 4 mobile lines with Cricket, which I have been a customer for over a year now. I discovered yesterday Cricket locked the phone to their network. This prevents me now from using my phone for the purpose for which it was purchased. I called Apple to verify the phone was originally indeed unlocked when I purchased it. After 3 long, grueling hours of being on the phone I finally got representative to expedite the issue to the Technical Department of Cricket. The representative told me I would receive and electronic unlock and a notification this was done. I am still waiting for the unlock. Can a moderator or supervisor please assist me here with the issue? How long does it take for the unlock request to complete ? I need my phone. My travels are approaching very
Don't know where else to put this so posting it here...I hate logging in to Cricket's iOS app. My dinky local credit union's banking app can use the iPhone's Touch ID so I can log in to my account by simply placing my thumb over the Home button. Why can't Cricket's app also access the iPhone's Touch ID?As is, the app simply encourages me to use a simple password so I don't have to keep retyping it and retyping it and retyping it. It's a really old-school way of doing things.AT LAST, that is off my chest :) Every time I have to use the app, I just grind my teeth.
ON THE CRICKET WEBSITE - IF YOU SWITCH TO THEIR NETWORK YOU WILL GET THE IPHONE 6S FOR $49.99. WELL, THAT'S NOT THE CASE WHEN I SWITCHED TO THIS NETWORK. BEFORE I ORDERING 2 SIM CARDS, I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT THE PHONE. I RECEIVED THE SIM CARDS YESTERDAY 5/20/20, CALLED ACTIVATED THEM, ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 4 HRS FOR THE PHONES TO WORK. AFTER 4 HRS I CALLED TO GET THE PHONE (IPHONE 6S FOR $49.99), THEY TOLD ME I CANNOT GET THE PHONE BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY ACTIVATED MY PHONES...WHAT??? I EXPLAINED TO THEM WHAT I HAD TOLD BY ONE OF THEIR STAFF. THE SUPERVISOR THAT I TALKED TO DID NOT EVEN CARE AND TOLD ME THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN FOR ME TO GET THE PHONE FOR $49.99. Couple days ago I switched over to Cricket and brought my own device (iPhone 6s) and transferred my phone number.I activated the SIM card and I'm able to make phone calls, data and single text messages, but I'm not able to send Group Texts. I called the hotline and walked through the usual steps, OS upgrade, Network Reset, re-boot. At the end of the day they couldn't help. With the SIM Card from Cricket I'm not able to see the Carrier Network Configuration option under Settings/Cellular/Carrier Services to update the APN settings manually. They actually should automatically update with the SIM card, but since Group Message are not working I suspect an incorrect configuration. Any help is appreciated
Hi, I am trying to preorder the iPhone XR on the Apple website, but it is asking me to choose a carrier (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, or Verizon). There is no option for an unlocked version. If I choose the AT&T version, will I still be able to use it with Cricket since they use the same network?
My son has an iPhone 7 Plus and I have a iPhone 7. Both phones are replacement phones due to poor service. Both phones worked flawlessly and almost simultaneously both phones now have service omegle issues just like our iPhone 6’s did. discord When talking on the phone we can hear everything clear as can be but the person that we are speaking to can not hear us. I have xender called customer service more than a handful of times to get the run around, I have driven to the actual store that is 14 miles one way from my home to be sold two new SIM cards that did absolutely nothing. Now I’m being told that I need to do another insurance claim and purchase two iPhone 8’s? Any help would be wonderful before I change phone services.
Since the last update my autocorrect feature has been acting up, finishing words automatically with the first part of the word still attached. As you can see in my title it causes a lot of issues when typing even simple sentences, requiring a lot of going back and retyping what was messed up.
I own an Apple 11 on Cricket. I am not receiving some texts and they only appear on my phone when I restart it. I had some contacts send me over 8 texts over a few days, I received none of them, restarted my phone, and they all immediately arrived.I receive some texts just fine, but some will not arrive at all. How do I fix this? Texting is my most used function on Cricket and it is not working.Thank You.
Hi all, Brother and I both have iPhone 7s with latest OS. We just switched from Verizon. Texting, voicemail, talking with other folks- works fine, hassle-free.But whenever we are talking with each other it sounds like we’re talking with tin cans and string! I have been a customer for 2 years & cricket is refusing to unlock my iPhone 7. I paid cash for this phone & no where on my receipt does it say this particular phone has to be in use for 6 months before it will be unlocked. I have 1 month until I hit that 6 months & I am going abroad. In store they told me my phone was unlocked & useable abroad. It’s not. Calling customer service was pointless. They told me it needed to be active 6 months then 7 months & they can’t help because the system is what unlocks phones. They can unlock at anytime for military so I know this can be rectified by UNLOCKING my phone. If anyone knows how to get this unlocked please advise. Waiting the month is not an option.
Cricket I have read the post and spoke with your customer service reps and none of you tell the truth! First time the rep said they couldn’t unlock my phones bc of the computer systems which was lie #1. Called back 4 hours later and guess what no ticket was created to have the phone unlocked lie #2. Now 24hrs has gone by and I still haven’t gotten a call with a resolution lie #3. You’ll hold the phones even if you have been with the company for 6 months bc your doing it to me right now which is lie #4. I don’t know if it’ll do me any good but I filed my complaints with the BBB and the FCC. The FCC actually has a category for fraud and theft which is exactly what cricket is doing here. Cricket you don’t have the right to take people’s stuff and hold it.
