Order has never moved past processing going on a month now.

     I ordered a phone on Feb 18th and it still says processing everyday that I check the status. Can someone please tell me where my order is located? And why I have yet to receive it in the mail? I selected Auto Pay and I'm afraid I'll be charged for a monthly bill and I haven't even used the phone yet. Please help me. I have 3 kids and I'm using my 12 yr old son's phone right now.

Hearing impaired customer

How do I reach text Cricket customer service Person?I need number blocked from calling me and leaving voice message which blocks anyone else I WANT to reach from returning call. Visual Voicemail doesnt update for a day or more.I want stalker removed from my account . This is single account holder. I want number blocked from being added to any group chat. I dont have Twitter or Facebook. Cricket has to follow ADA guidelines and VAWA. Anybody can call withSSN and info and change account info now adays. Cricket do better. When a customer walks into your store they should be helped not wait a hour so worker calls Cricket help line(  and notices something wrong with settings, imei, etc ) try to charge for esim card or new sim card when your updates are not working.  I was lied to . Illegal sim was added  and I want it fixed . Cricket worker doesnt know what barring or call forward is? Well Google it like I did. I asked repeatly to have ALL extra options blocked . Also why isn't call defense

I ordered a iphone online and I decided to return it the next day I got it, I returned it with the label they sent and it’s been 8 days and I haven’t received a confirmation email or anything it says it was dropped off at fort worth but I haven’t received anything on my refund and I need the money back.

switch from iphone 7 with sim to iphone 14 with esim

I have an iPhone 7 and I am currently a Cricket customer.  Recently I got an iPhone 14.  So, I am trying to switch to the new phone. Since my current iPhone 7 is using a physical SIM card, I am not sure how to switch to the IPhone 14, which is eSIM only. Obviously, iPhone 7 is not supporting eSIM.  So, I cannot convert to eSIM first and the transfer everything from the iPhone 7 to iPhone 14. So, what is the easiest way to make it work? If I simply just start setting up the new iPhone 14 and transfer things from the iPhone 7, I would not be able to take the SIM card and insert it to the iPhone 14. So, I assume there is a way to switch my SIM card to eSIM when setting up my iPhone 14. I need to know if there is any step-by-step instructions to help me with this.

Waiting on phone for a month

My order was placed on Feb. 18 2023. I still have not received my order. I’ve called several times and they either put me on hold and never come back to the phone. The last two times I called the automated system repeats itself until they just hang up.

I just purchased a new iPhone 14 pro yesterday from apple. I currently have an iPhone XR. All of my information transferred to my new iPhone automatically but it says my SIM does not support ESim? How do I transfer my sim to Esim ?

iPhone 7 no service?

My son has an iPhone 7 Plus and I have a iPhone 7. Both phones are replacement phones due to poor service. Both phones worked flawlessly and almost simultaneously both phones now have service omegle issues just like our iPhone 6’s did. discord When talking on the phone we can hear everything clear as can be but the person that we are speaking to can not hear us. I have xender called customer service more than a handful of times to get the run around, I have driven to the actual store that is 14 miles one way from my home to be sold two new SIM cards that did absolutely nothing. Now I’m being told that I need to do another insurance claim and purchase two iPhone 8’s? Any help would be wonderful before I change phone services.

MyPhotoVault is only giving me 2gb of cloud storage. When I have the cricket more plan (unlimited) why am I being capped at 2gb of storage when I should receive 150gb ?How do I get the rest of my storage that I purchased with my unlimited plan ? Plz help !

refund

I sent back an iPhone for a refund, and haven’t received it yet. It was approved on 01/23/2023. It’s been 15 business days as of today 02/11/2023. I’ve called multiple times only to be put on hold for hours, or get disconnected, or to be told there’s nothing they can. Even the warranty dept hung up on me.
