So I saw someone else on here had the same problem I have been having. Before the update horrible spotty service. We did the update and more often than not, the phone says SOS only across the top. It has nothing to do with an outage in my area because I have two other lines on this account and no issues with their service. This is indeed frustrating for what we pay to have no service!!!
Topic says it all. My phone is stuck in SOS. I no longer have the original SIM as a family member threw away the box with the SIM. I just want the phone unlocked so I can use it with a new carrier because I didn't even want Cricket. Thanks for your timely assistance as this is urgent.
My phone’s been stuck on SOS I tried restarting phone, taking Sim card out, called a representative. If she didn’t help out, she told me she was gonna call me back and never did as well. Why pay all this money monthly for her to have horrible service in for situations like this, this is a reoccurring issue.
Returned phone no refundI place an order for a phone online on 9/27/2022. I received a phone with the wrong GB(!), so I returned it immediately using the return label they provided. The trucking number shows they received it in Fort Worth, TX on 10/4/2022. Well, I waited for the refund and it didn’t come. So I called and was told I had to wait for at least 10 days. I waited for 10 days passed, and still no refund. I called their customer service numerous times to request a refund, but none of the agents could help me despite the fact had kept a good record of shipping dates, the order number, the reference number, UPS track number, and all the dates of the transactions. I spoke with at least six customer care agents, two warranty agents (because they said that's who I needed to speak to, only to be told I needed to speak with a customer service agent again...), over two to three hours at a time in vain. The last agent I spoke with pretended she was checking something and hunged up on
I’ve tried everything. All the steps they script on 611 customer service. Visited my store several times. No one can figure out why i can make calls but anyone who calls me gets a busy signal. It’s beyond maddening. I have a two-year old unlocked second gen iPhone SE I bought from Consumer Cellular. Never had a problem until I switched to Cricket. It worked fine for a week and then the busy signals started. I can send and receive texts and iMessages. I can make calls fine. All my settings have been checked and rechecked. I have the latest IOS, 16.1 even. Network settings reset multiple times. Phone rebooted, etc. etc. etc. Any suggestions? This is crazy, Cricket.
My phone (Iphone 7) keeps telling me I have no service when I should have it, My brother (Iphone 6s) still has working data. It says an update is required to use cellular but when I looked how to do that it didn’t work, I was on wifi with a good connection at the time and nothing has worked.
My iPhone has no cell service. It has no bars. It tells me it needs to update, but it won’t update without cell service. I’ve been to the Cricket and to the technology guy. No one can help me. It’s only three months old.
Hello , i newly received an iphone 13 pro as a gift from a friend living in USA , i installed my sim card but it seems locked to Cricket usa carrier , everything is clean but how you can help me to unlock it to use on another network.you assistance is highly appreciated. thank you
I purchased my iPhone XR unlocked with not sim..put in my cricket SIM card and used my phone. I have recently decided to switch carriers because it picks up better at my home only to find out Cricket has locked my phone!!! How can you lock a phone that wasn’t purchased from cricket??
I’m dealing with the iPhone of my 98-year-old mother. She has suffered some cognitive decline during the past 60 days. She also fell last Sunday, was admitted to the ER, and has now moved to a nursing home. After 71 years, 7 months, and 18 days in that house, it’s likely that she’ll never go back.I can text the existing number via iMessage.The store tries to text a PIN to the phone, but it doesn’t go through (probably because it needs cellular service, which is what we’re trying to reactivate).I don’t know whether we’re still within the 60-day window to reactivate the same number.I have everything except the PIN. I tried to log in with number and password and am told that account is cancelled.The iPhone is her lifeline.I’m currently at a Cricket store, and am told that this store (and perhaps others) no longer has the ability to bypass the PIN.It seems to me that there has to be a way to escalate this, given the circumstances.Anyone know whom I might contact?Vince Lackner

We are sorry but your text message failed. Your destination is not supported from your current location.Not sure what this means? Please advise?
