I’m dealing with the iPhone of my 98-year-old mother. She has suffered some cognitive decline during the past 60 days. She also fell last Sunday, was admitted to the ER, and has now moved to a nursing home. After 71 years, 7 months, and 18 days in that house, it’s likely that she’ll never go back.I can text the existing number via iMessage. The store tries to text a PIN to the phone, but it doesn’t go through (probably because it needs cellular service, which is what we’re trying to reactivate).I don’t know whether we’re still within the 60-day window to reactivate the same number.I have everything except the PIN. I tried to log in with number and password and am told that account is cancelled. The iPhone is her lifeline.I’m currently at a Cricket store, and am told that this store (and perhaps others) no longer has the ability to bypass the PIN.It seems to me that there has to be a way to escalate this, given the circumstances.Anyone know whom I might contact?Vince Lackner
They need to get it together. First I purchased two iPhones and a stylo 6 for my youngest son. I added insurance on both iPhones. When I checked my app they added insurance on 1 iPhone and the stylo. SMH. So one $600 phone unprotected. But a $100 phone is. Then I’ve called 3 different times in the last week over the bill. Not only have they not solved my issue. But they’ve all hung up on me. Which is very unprofessional and rude
I want to post this on my own thread just in case someone has a solution. Switched an iPhone 11 pro max from ATT to Cricket. The same day and ever since, the battery drains so fast during texting.I can listen to a book all day, but with frequent texting the battery will be from full charge to near dead in 4 To 6 hours. Prior to switching, battery life was about a day and a half with normal use. This makes no sense to me but it’s hard to me to believe coincidence. Any ideas?
My iPhone will charge consistently using a cable for weeks/months. Then all of a sudden it doesn’t. No charging at all. So then I will use a different cable. Then it will be okay…until it isn’t.The cables are from Apple. The source of power is direct from the electrical outlet using the “brick” that came with it. The phone is clean, the cable is clean. The battery was replaced about 10 months ago. I cannot recall if I had this issue before the battery was changed. The battery life is 94%Suggestions?
Ever since I upgraded to the iPhone XR a couple months ago, my service has been extremely slow. I live in the same area still, so that is not the issue. Sometimes I am unable to do anything online without WiFi, even if my phone is showing I have 2-3 bars of LTE. Anyone else having service issues?

Somebody from the office will notify me about my order.... Let hours pass on (Saturday) and decided to call back and get your phones have been cancelled, okay.... (So where's my refund).I was told I will have it in my bank no later than Wednesday which was the 4th of March....Checked my card nothing, even called the operated for my card and was told nothing was sent back from cricket.... I have been a Cricket customer for over a year...I bought a new iphone XS at Best Buy with no sim card and no cell service contract, was told it will work with all providers. I removed the sim card (Cricket) from my old device, installed in my new phone and powered up, it worked immediately. About a month later I tried to switch service to Verizon who told me phone was compatible. Tried their sim card and doesn't work because Cricket locked my phone. Yes, MY PHONE, that I paid for in full. I have not been able to get Cricket to unlock my phone. I had to pay for another months service Or lose my number and still have a locked phone. What gives a "bring your device, pay as you go" company the right to lock my phone? I have spoken with Cricket support every day to get this resolved to no avail. They keep promising to call me back, still waiting.Verizon charged me for sim card and first months service before they would try the sim card. They told me when I asked for refund that this
I purchase a new iPhone 11 XR from cricket on April 10 and it has now malfunctioned and your customer service told me there was nothing they could do since I couldn’t return it after 6 days. They to me to send it to Apple because it was under their warranty. I also have insurance and they would not allow me to make a claim. I can’t just send my phone off and wait for a return because I am the Director of a domestic violence shelter that runs 24 hours a day and I am on call all the time no exceptions. The woman that waited on my at the Poplar Bluff, Missouri was very rude and not at all understanding. I love my phone service just not your customer service.

This customer service representative at the West 117th location Cleveland Ohio, she charge me $10 for a Sim chip that I didn’t need. she was trying to troubleshoot my phone, if you don’t know how to troubleshoot a phone in with the phone and what it needs. Please not charge customers $10 for a Sim chip that they don’t need. I called the district manager and the manager of the store and argued with me and said it’s non refundable.
