Been with Cricket almost 10 years and just upgraded to the Unlimited with 5G plan for iPhone 12 - however it’s not working. It’s been 3 days and I’m still on LTE (which seems even slower now) Restarted the phone multiple times, removed and inserted the SIM card and all that to no avail. Tries to contact Cricket support past 2 days (phone and web) and been on hold for an hour+ Anyone have insights on how to get this to work? Will I Need a new SIM card ?
I have been a Cricket customer for over a year...I bought a new iphone XS at Best Buy with no sim card and no cell service contract, was told it will work with all providers. I removed the sim card (Cricket) from my old device, installed in my new phone and powered up, it worked immediately. About a month later I tried to switch service to Verizon who told me phone was compatible. Tried their sim card and doesn't work because Cricket locked my phone. Yes, MY PHONE, that I paid for in full. I have not been able to get Cricket to unlock my phone. I had to pay for another months service Or lose my number and still have a locked phone. What gives a "bring your device, pay as you go" company the right to lock my phone? I have spoken with Cricket support every day to get this resolved to no avail. They keep promising to call me back, still waiting.Verizon charged me for sim card and first months service before they would try the sim card. They told me when I asked for refund that this
I got a new phone and it is not blacklisted but after 30 minutes or so the phone keeps getting reported lost/stolen after I try to activate it.I just want to know why it is doing it because all the things that I have read online says the phone myloweslife is blacklisted when it does that but it is not blacklisted
I've had a mobile hotspot for 3 months and this problem is getting worse. The device consistently shows a strong signal, 4 or 5 bars, but frequently my phone or laptop will say I have no internet connection, even though the Wi-Fi connection is also strong. This lasts anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. Even when there is a connection it's often so unstable that email will not download.Since the hotspot is for data only this makes it almost useless. I did a factory reset and it did not solve the problem.
I placed an order for 2 iPhone 6s for my daughter and niece.... For some reason by me ordering after 2pm ET the order was placed the next day which was the 25th of February.... The 27th comes around and still no phones, I called to see what's the hold up, and was told it phones will be there tomorrow the 28th....That time comes and still no phones....So Saturday morning I called to find out that my phones was delayed at 5 in the morning..... Somebody from the office will notify me about my order.... Let hours pass on (Saturday) and decided to call back and get your phones have been cancelled, okay.... (So where's my refund).I was told I will have it in my bank no later than Wednesday which was the 4th of March....Checked my card nothing, even called the operated for my card and was told nothing was sent back from cricket.... Calls cricket back and explain to them (still on the 4th)that I haven't received my order or refund so what the hell is going on! Next thing I know is a ticket is
I am using a IPhone SE with the latest update. Usually I text this specific person frequently but now I can’t send messages to them. With other contacts i’m able to send messages without any problems but this person i’m able to recieve messages but I’m not able to send them. I already tried the settings and changing it to send as SMS but it didn’t make a difference since the other person already had an android and I’ve alre tried resetting my phone but that didn’t work either. How can I fix this?
I have a huge problem.I’m currently in Spain, and I cannot use a temporary SIM card because my iPhone is still locked to Cricket—even though I have had this phone for over two years. Furthermore, I can’t even unlock it because the app has not been letting me log-in since I’ve arrived in Spain. The error message simply tells me to call customer support.But I can’t call customer support because, again, I don’t have any service. I feel checkmated by Cricket. Please help me unlock my phone so I can use a temporary SIM Card.
Hello. I have an iPhone 7Plus and ported my number to Cricket last week. I am now not receiving original or reply text messages from people. Some are iPhone users and some are Android users, there is no rhyme or reason to it. I’ve tried Cricket support 3x and they have no clue what to do to fix the problem.Full factory resets, replacement SIM, reset Network Settings, brand new iPhone SE…nothing works. This issue is somehow tied to my phone number.I have found several posts online where AT&T users experiencing the exact same problem complained to AT&T upper management and somehow their issue was resolved in 2-3 days. Does Cricket have that level of support?
iPhone 12 mini updates to iOS 15.6.Now now data when on cricket Cellular network!tried the following to resolve:-resetting network settings via General/About/Transfer Reset-removing/reinstall SIM-reboots-airplane mode on/off symptoms:-unable to attach photos to text messages when on cricket cellular -unable to use apps that require data when on cricket cellular cricket cellular signal is 3-5bars LTEcurrent cricket version:50.0.1
I purchased my iPhone XR unlocked with not sim..put in my cricket SIM card and used my phone. I have recently decided to switch carriers because it picks up better at my home only to find out Cricket has locked my phone!!! How can you lock a phone that wasn’t purchased from cricket??
About 10 days ago I purchased an unlocked iPhone 11 brand new from Bestbuy because I will be traveling soon to Europe. The purpose of buying the phone unlocked was for the ability to use it freely while I travel. Currently, I have 4 mobile lines with Cricket, which I have been a customer for over a year now. I discovered yesterday Cricket locked the phone to their network. This prevents me now from using my phone for the purpose for which it was purchased. I called Apple to verify the phone was originally indeed unlocked when I purchased it. After 3 long, grueling hours of being on the phone I finally got representative to expedite the issue to the Technical Department of Cricket. The representative told me I would receive and electronic unlock and a notification this was done. I am still waiting for the unlock. Can a moderator or supervisor please assist me here with the issue? How long does it take for the unlock request to complete ? I need my phone. My travels are approaching very
SM-960U he said opened got it through T Mobile. I simply opened and turned it on and amazingly it has the ATT firmware. I am extremely enraged on the grounds that when somebody says "purchased through T-Mobile" what I believe is this is a TMobile telephone.WHile I hang tight for him to hit me up, what are the outcomes of running an AT&T opened telephone on TMobile organization. I am very MetroPCS. However, its worked by TMobile. Will I actually have the option to utilize the telephone like a TMobile telephone? What highlights will I miss. VoLTE? meandering on US Cellular?
I have an iPhone 7. Everytime I either restart my phone or it dies it comes up to my lock screen. My phone goes dark and pops up “your sim sent a text message”. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it? I researched it and it says to update your carrier settings but I don’t have a carrier update available. I’m running iOS 13.4 and don’t have a software update available either. Any help would be appreciated thank you!
My son has an iPhone 7 Plus and I have a iPhone 7. Both phones are replacement phones due to poor service. Both phones worked flawlessly and almost simultaneously both phones now have service omegle issues just like our iPhone 6’s did. discord When talking on the phone we can hear everything clear as can be but the person that we are speaking to can not hear us. I have xender called customer service more than a handful of times to get the run around, I have driven to the actual store that is 14 miles one way from my home to be sold two new SIM cards that did absolutely nothing. Now I’m being told that I need to do another insurance claim and purchase two iPhone 8’s? Any help would be wonderful before I change phone services.
