I have an XS in good condition. It’s been in a case since day 1. It does have a couple of small nics on the bottom and a couple of tiny scratches you could see in certain lighting/ angles. I chatted online with an agent before I bought the iPhone SE promotion. Now cricket told me that the information from that agent was wrong. There is nothing they can do. I will need to continue with $60 plan for 3 months before I can change it. The agent I talked to before purchasing the order clearly told me that I can change my plan anytime after activae my phone. Cricket should honor the information from the agent. Just wondering if a sim can be changed to a different phone after it is activated without having to contact Cricket. Here is the deal. I am wanting to start a Cricket more family plan, get a free/cheap Cricket phone, have it activated, then put sim in my unlocked Note 9 (SG-N960U) so I can use hotspot occasionally on it instead of having to call Cricket if I want to switch sim to another phone.AppvnSHAREit
Hello I’m trying to upgrade my phone but it’s saying there’s an order pending. It’s saying the order is a phone that we’ve already bought, received, and activated. Is there any way we can get rid of that because we already activated it? As for my new upgrade the payment is now processing, but if we clear the order pending will it go through all the way?
When making or receiving call after a few minutes I can hear the person on the other line but they can't hear me. This is very frustrating. I always thought that Iphones are good but am very dissapointed in this one. My husband has a motorola and has no problems on his. We are both on cricket so I don't feel its a network problem. i have the latest updates on my phone. Basically all my expensive phone is good for is texting and internet. was wondering if anyone else is having these problems with the iphone 7 plus? Thanks!
I placed an order for 2 iPhone 6s for my daughter and niece.... For some reason by me ordering after 2pm ET the order was placed the next day which was the 25th of February.... The 27th comes around and still no phones, I called to see what's the hold up, and was told it phones will be there tomorrow the 28th....That time comes and still no phones....So Saturday morning I called to find out that my phones was delayed at 5 in the morning..... Somebody from the office will notify me about my order.... Let hours pass on (Saturday) and decided to call back and get your phones have been cancelled, okay.... (So where's my refund).I was told I will have it in my bank no later than Wednesday which was the 4th of March....Checked my card nothing, even called the operated for my card and was told nothing was sent back from cricket.... Calls cricket back and explain to them (still on the 4th)that I haven't received my order or refund so what the hell is going on! Next thing I know is a ticket is
A couple days ago, I went to my camera roll and saw this small section where my iPhone had generated 2 edits to 2 pictures on my phone. 1 photo had the levels adjusted to it, and the other turned a live photo into a stable loop/gif. For some reason, that section is gone and I don't see any options within my photos to make similar edits.I hope this all made sense, can someone tell me how to get it again? I thought turning the live photo into a stable gif was super cool and would love to do it to some other photos.
Ever since I upgraded to the iPhone XR a couple months ago, my service has been extremely slow. I live in the same area still, so that is not the issue. Sometimes I am unable to do anything online without WiFi, even if my phone is showing I have 2-3 bars of LTE. Anyone else having service issues?
When I try to log back in I keep getting a “error occurred during iMessage activation” I know it’s not my iPhone for sure because I’ve brought it from another company to Cricket. Only the phone number changed. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it also be the person who previously had this cricket phone number? Because I am still getting a lot of texts and FaceTimes asking for them. Maybe they are trying to claim the number still? I don’t know. Any help is appreciated. I have already tried resetting my network settings, updated to the latest iOS update, turned phone off and on, turned on airplane mode temporarily, turned off cellular data, I’ve tried everything. Taking it to Apple seems useless as I know for sure it’s not my phone. I’ve never had this issue before with the previous company and phone number.
Cricket wireless has lock my unlocked iPhone 11 that I bought from Best Buy and it’s a unlocked device that I can put any service providers sim in. I was told the day that I left them that my phone will be unlocked that day nothing. Then I called and was told it would be unlocked that day nothing then I was told it will take 5 business days to unlock my phone. Nothing still lock after 5 business days then was told it would be 2-3 more business days to unlock. And still nothing I have repeatedly been lied to one that really got me was cricket didn’t lock my phone it was metro pcs how I left over 4 years ago so call them talk to metro and they laugh at the idea they they would lock a phone 4 years down the line after I left.That if it was them how was I able to put my cricket sim in and use my phone for 4 years. But it Conveniently lock when I leave cricket for T-Mobile and I still don’t have access to my phone I’m stuck using a old Samsung i spent 1300 on this phone so I guess I’m out
Today I changed my $55 core plan to $60 plan which includes 5G and internet speeds higher than 8mbps.for some reason I can’t make 5G work on my phone. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max which I bought unlocked at apple.I know my plan has changed because i can see higher internet speeds and hotspot enabled. But I can’t choose 5G as preferred network. All the options I have is 4G and LTE. I’ve followed directions from different agents at the tech support with no success. I reset network settings several times, I updated iOS to the latest version, they made some changes on the line as well, I gave them IMEI number, and also installed my SIM card in another iPhone 12 Pro Max unlocked but Still no 5G, only LTEany help would be appreciated
Don't know where else to put this so posting it here...I hate logging in to Cricket's iOS app. My dinky local credit union's banking app can use the iPhone's Touch ID so I can log in to my account by simply placing my thumb over the Home button. Why can't Cricket's app also access the iPhone's Touch ID?As is, the app simply encourages me to use a simple password so I don't have to keep retyping it and retyping it and retyping it. It's a really old-school way of doing things.AT LAST, that is off my chest :) Every time I have to use the app, I just grind my teeth.
Couple days ago I switched over to Cricket and brought my own device (iPhone 6s) and transferred my phone number.I activated the SIM card and I'm able to make phone calls, data and single text messages, but I'm not able to send Group Texts. I called the hotline and walked through the usual steps, OS upgrade, Network Reset, re-boot. At the end of the day they couldn't help. With the SIM Card from Cricket I'm not able to see the Carrier Network Configuration option under Settings/Cellular/Carrier Services to update the APN settings manually. They actually should automatically update with the SIM card, but since Group Message are not working I suspect an incorrect configuration. Any help is appreciated
