I have an iPhone 7 and I am currently a Cricket customer. Recently I got an iPhone 14. So, I am trying to switch to the new phone. Since my current iPhone 7 is using a physical SIM card, I am not sure how to switch to the IPhone 14, which is eSIM only. Obviously, iPhone 7 is not supporting eSIM. So, I cannot convert to eSIM first and the transfer everything from the iPhone 7 to iPhone 14. So, what is the easiest way to make it work? If I simply just start setting up the new iPhone 14 and transfer things from the iPhone 7, I would not be able to take the SIM card and insert it to the iPhone 14. So, I assume there is a way to switch my SIM card to eSIM when setting up my iPhone 14. I need to know if there is any step-by-step instructions to help me with this.
My new iphone 14 keeps on having low signal or even only sos shown. Some times it even shows “no signal” too. It has been like this for a few days now even though there is no problem with my account. It shouldn’t be the phone’s problem seeing as the phone is completely new. What should I s=do.
After the update my phone said no service so I turned it off and reinserted the sim. When I powered my phone back up it said sos only and nothing I’ve tried will take it out of sos only mode. My service is terrible and my battery won’t stayed charged anymore and it takes forever to open apps, websites, etc. what’s going on?
I have an iPhone 8+, and I haven’t been receiving voicemails since I got it so I decided to check today and all my voicemail says is “call voicemail”. When I call it I’m met with an AI saying my voicemail has not been set up yet, all the settings for my voicemail are turned on, and I’ve tried fixing it with help from the internet.
I have not had a voicemail in close to a year I call for help they reset my voicemail I then set it up again and nothing is working. They told me it was because I bought my phone over from Verizon and I looked online and it said my phone was a BYOD which is not the case. I bought my iPhone from cricket after the iPhone that I originally bought from Verizon stopped working. I’m frustrated that nobody seems to know why my voicemail just all of a sudden stopped working and when people call it tells them “welcome to Verizon wireless the party your trying to reach can not be completed” I’m just confused at this point because this phone has never been on Verizon!
I have had the phone for a year and never set up the voicemail… when I push and hold 1, it says, ”the person you are trying has a voicemail box that has not been set up”. From the ‘voicemail’ tab under Phone, there is only one box, ‘call voicemail’… same message. Any guidance would be great.
I tried to restart the phone I also tried to transfer using my phone number but then it would say not supported by the carrier and then I tried to transfer by near by phone that didn’t work as well then I tried to get the code but it didn’t give me the option to even get the code on the old phone as well so I have tried to go on this app and I tried to activate the service but it said the sim I had entered was invalid so I tried everything possible and nothing is working I don’t know what else to do not only that but I went to settings and it had said carrier locked Can you help me out
Hi to all,While ago I have bought an iPhone via eBay, that was supposed to be unlocked. But I found out that it is locked to Cricket carrier. Sadly, before I figured out, I went to Europe (long term). So selling the phone is not an option. If I am not mistaken, Cricket will unlock the phone after six months of use.. So my question is: Is there any option to just pay any cheapest plan for 6 months, then cancel the plan and get the phone unlocked? Thank you for any answers and help!
Hey everybody! I have had Cricket Wireless for 2 years now (boy time flies!) and I LOVE it! I had a real insane phone contract before Cricket and now when I see my phone bill I practically do that Cricket dance from the commercials. I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but I have the iPhone 11 and some of my friends are able to get iPhone 14 either free (I think?) with their other phone company plans or they make enough money to just buy them brand new. Will there be any chance of a deal with Cricket that I could get the new phone? Thanks in advance!Alec
I want to emphasize this complaint is not about the staff but about the company itself. I had been a customer for over 4 years, bought my phone, and recently switched. I am now being told I needed to "unlock" the phone BEFORE switching accounts and am being told that there is nothing they can do. Simply policy. This is ridiculous. The fact I can purchase, own, and have total responsibility for the well-being of an object only to be told "oops...we can't change it now unless you RE-open an account with us" is absolutely ridiculous. In this modern day of technology, it is akin to stealing.
I have a iPhone 13 pro currently. I have all my call forwarding turned off from the phone settings. But when I dial *#004# on the dialer it says “setting interrogation succeeded voice call forwarding all conditional calls forwarded to (a random phone number)” then it says enabled. But everything else says disabled. Can somebody please explain this?? Thank you in advance!
