I’m considering purchasing an Apple iPhone 11 from Apple in the next couple of months, carrier unlocked. Will I be able to transfer my SIM card from my iPhone 7 Plus to the new phone, as well as keep my current hotspot plan? I want to basically render my iPhone 7 Plus to be able to work only through WiFi, I’m not interested in losing the phone body. I figured that putting the SIM card into the new phone would give me the phone number that’s already associated with my account, so I’m not worried about that part.
Hello,After purchasing a new iPhone 8+ from Cricket wireless and fulfilling their unlocking requirements, I unlocked the IPhone (from my account) I ported out to Sprint/TMobile to take advantage of their free line offer on the family plan. However when trying to activate the IPhone on the Sprint/Tmobile network, I get a message “Sorry, but this phone can't be activated with Sprint service”Sprint is indicating that the device is not fully unlocked and I need to contact Cricket. I have contacted Cricket Wireless support twice and they keep pointing me to the “Phone Unlock Requirements” which I already fulfilled. The phone was unlocked from my Account. Now I am unable to get into my account sine I am no longer a customer Can someone from Cricket wireless assist and get help get to the bottom. It shouldn’t be this frustrating. Thanks
Hi,I ordered a new iphone 11 (128g, black) at the cricket online shop, but the package was lost at the UPS Access Point. I filed a claim at the UPS website and they said they failed to find my package. I can see that my status changed to ‘claim issued(approved)’ . They said that they will forward the search results to the shipper and I need to contact the shipper for further details if I have any question. Since I have no idea what I am supposed to do next, could you let me know what I should do to get refund or redelivery for my lost package? My tracking number is [Removed private information] and the order number is [Removed private information]. Thanks in advance!
Hello!Recently my iPhone XS was giving me full of storage notifications. I deleted pretty much half of my apps and about 400 photos and videos, but it literally did not change anything. The phone was still full and giving me notifications. I thought it was a small glitch or whatever, but the next day I wake up and my phone gave me the notification that I cannot use the internet, make phone calls, or anything on it because of the full sthappymodorage. I did the most stupid thing ever and did a reset on it to get it back and see if the problem might fix itself. Now the iPhone only starts and resets the bootup process. I assume it cannot b10.0.0.0.1oot up because it's too full. I haven't put it in recovery mode be192.168.1.254cause I read that it then 100% erases your data. Is that so? Is there any chance I could get my phone back with no data loss or is it already gone at this point? The phone is still under warranty, but the store said Apple will delete all the data and reset it or give
A couple days ago, I went to my camera roll and saw this small section where my iPhone had generated 2 edits to 2 pictures on my phone. 1 photo had the levels adjusted to it, and the other turned a live photo into a stable loop/gif. For some reason, that section is gone and I don't see any options within my photos to make similar edits.I hope this all made sense, can someone tell me how to get it again? I thought turning the live photo into a stable gif was super cool and would love to do it to some other photos.
My iPhone will charge consistently using a cable for weeks/months. Then all of a sudden it doesn’t. No charging at all. So then I will use a different cable. Then it will be okay…until it isn’t.The cables are from Apple. The source of power is direct from the electrical outlet using the “brick” that came with it. The phone is clean, the cable is clean. The battery was replaced about 10 months ago. I cannot recall if I had this issue before the battery was changed. The battery life is 94%Suggestions?
Cricket wireless has lock my unlocked iPhone 11 that I bought from Best Buy and it’s a unlocked device that I can put any service providers sim in. I was told the day that I left them that my phone will be unlocked that day nothing. Then I called and was told it would be unlocked that day nothing then I was told it will take 5 business days to unlock my phone. Nothing still lock after 5 business days then was told it would be 2-3 more business days to unlock. And still nothing I have repeatedly been lied to one that really got me was cricket didn’t lock my phone it was metro pcs how I left over 4 years ago so call them talk to metro and they laugh at the idea they they would lock a phone 4 years down the line after I left. That if it was them how was I able to put my cricket sim in and use my phone for 4 years. But it Conveniently lock when I leave cricket for T-Mobile and I still don’t have access to my phone I’m stuck using a old Samsung i spent 1300 on this phone so I guess I’m out
I have a huge problem.I’m currently in Spain, and I cannot use a temporary SIM card because my iPhone is still locked to Cricket—even though I have had this phone for over two years. Furthermore, I can’t even unlock it because the app has not been letting me log-in since I’ve arrived in Spain. The error message simply tells me to call customer support. But I can’t call customer support because, again, I don’t have any service. I feel checkmated by Cricket. Please help me unlock my phone so I can use a temporary SIM Card.
Hey guys. I am very interested in the IPhone Xr 128gb. When is getting restocked because I have been waiting for it to be restocked for two weeks now. I really want the phone and do you have an estimate time of when the phone will be avaliable through the website? Please respond ASAP. Thank you!
When I try to log back in I keep getting a “error occurred during iMessage activation” I know it’s not my iPhone for sure because I’ve brought it from another company to Cricket. Only the phone number changed. Is anyone else experiencing this? Could it also be the person who previously had this cricket phone number? Because I am still getting a lot of texts and FaceTimes asking for them. Maybe they are trying to claim the number still? I don’t know. Any help is appreciated. I have already tried resetting my network settings, updated to the latest iOS update, turned phone off and on, turned on airplane mode temporarily, turned off cellular data, I’ve tried everything. Taking it to Apple seems useless as I know for sure it’s not my phone. I’ve never had this issue before with the previous company and phone number.
Today I changed my $55 core plan to $60 plan which includes 5G and internet speeds higher than 8mbps.for some reason I can’t make 5G work on my phone. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max which I bought unlocked at apple.I know my plan has changed because i can see higher internet speeds and hotspot enabled. But I can’t choose 5G as preferred network. All the options I have is 4G and LTE. I’ve followed directions from different agents at the tech support with no success. I reset network settings several times, I updated iOS to the latest version, they made some changes on the line as well, I gave them IMEI number, and also installed my SIM card in another iPhone 12 Pro Max unlocked but Still no 5G, only LTEany help would be appreciated
I chatted online with an agent before I bought the iPhone SE promotion. Now cricket told me that the information from that agent was wrong. There is nothing they can do. I will need to continue with $60 plan for 3 months before I can change it. The agent I talked to before purchasing the order clearly told me that I can change my plan anytime after activae my phone. Cricket should honor the information from the agent. Attached is the relevant chat history a few hours before bought the iPhone SE (Oct 24th) on Cricket, I would be happy to forward the whole transcript if needed: USER: I will have to subscribe for the $60 plan to be eligible, or could I change my plan after the first month AGENT (Ron): While placing the order you need to select $60 UL more AGENT (Ron): For 3 month to get the device at $0.00 AGENT (Ron): However as soon as your services are active you can contact us we can change the rate plan accordingly USER: okay I see, so I have to subscribe the $60 when I place the o
I've had a mobile hotspot for 3 months and this problem is getting worse. The device consistently shows a strong signal, 4 or 5 bars, but frequently my phone or laptop will say I have no internet connection, even though the Wi-Fi connection is also strong. This lasts anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. Even when there is a connection it's often so unstable that email will not download.Since the hotspot is for data only this makes it almost useless. I did a factory reset and it did not solve the problem.
I hate to admit how upset I am about iphone 8 not having an simple way to use a song as a ringtone or an alarm. I know it is just a ring tone, but I don't like something that's put on me. I don't really want to use canned ring tones, or buy ringtones from Apple. I want to use the same tunes / songs I used for years. Can anybody help? So irritated and can't help but wonder what kind of cheap money grubbing attempt is up to Apple to disable or delete this functionality.I want to use this song as a ringtone: https://kostenloseklingeltone.mobi/samsung-standard-11573/
