I have been a Cricket customer for over a year...I bought a new iphone XS at Best Buy with no sim card and no cell service contract, was told it will work with all providers. I removed the sim card (Cricket) from my old device, installed in my new phone and powered up, it worked immediately. About a month later I tried to switch service to Verizon who told me phone was compatible. Tried their sim card and doesn't work because Cricket locked my phone. Yes, MY PHONE, that I paid for in full. I have not been able to get Cricket to unlock my phone. I had to pay for another months service Or lose my number and still have a locked phone. What gives a "bring your device, pay as you go" company the right to lock my phone? I have spoken with Cricket support every day to get this resolved to no avail. They keep promising to call me back, still waiting.Verizon charged me for sim card and first months service before they would try the sim card. They told me when I asked for refund that this
I purchase a new iPhone 11 XR from cricket on April 10 and it has now malfunctioned and your customer service told me there was nothing they could do since I couldn’t return it after 6 days. They to me to send it to Apple because it was under their warranty. I also have insurance and they would not allow me to make a claim. I can’t just send my phone off and wait for a return because I am the Director of a domestic violence shelter that runs 24 hours a day and I am on call all the time no exceptions. The woman that waited on my at the Poplar Bluff, Missouri was very rude and not at all understanding. I love my phone service just not your customer service.
This customer service representative at the West 117th location Cleveland Ohio, she charge me $10 for a Sim chip that I didn’t need. she was trying to troubleshoot my phone, if you don’t know how to troubleshoot a phone in with the phone and what it needs. Please not charge customers $10 for a Sim chip that they don’t need. I called the district manager and the manager of the store and argued with me and said it’s non refundable.

Hello, i bought an iPhone 11 back in November of last year and have been using this phone since then. However my battery health is dropping really fast as it is currently 86% after 5 months. I use my phone for average 8 hours a days and use fast charginh. My friend gas gad his iphone 11 pro for about a year and a half and his health is 84% and his average is 7 hours. Is there a fault in my phone or am i doing something wrong?
I'm sentimental and prefer to keep my messages. However they're taking up half the space on my iPhone 12 Mini.Up until recently, Messages were disabled on my iCloud (I'm not sure why). I was under the impression that if I enabled them, that they would be "offloaded" to iCloud and would free up space. I did this a week ago and watched it slowly sync over the next few days. However I'm still sitting at 130gig on the phone.What are my options here? Assuming I want to keep a history of all my messages. Worth noting is I'm technically ok if they aren't on my phone and instead are on iCloud or some other easily-accessed backup.Worth noting is I've already gone through and deleted large attachments (via the feature which lists attachments by size).Thanks in advance.
I switched to Cricket four days ago and I have been unable to send group texts or send pictures to other users since then. I always get the Not Delivered message with the !. Not once has it worked. I am able to receive group texts and pictures, though. iMessage works just fine. Individual SMS texts to Android users are sent just fine and I’m able to receive individual texts and pictures sent from individuals also. I have an iPhone XR running iOS14.4.2. Cellular Data is enabled. MMS Messaging and Group Messaging is enabled as well. I’ve reset network settings and rebooted the phone several times. It’s got to be some sort of setting but I am unable to make any manual changes. I called customer service and after trying to figure it out, they told me that group messaging is not supported. Huh?? I own an Apple 11 on Cricket. I am not receiving some texts and they only appear on my phone when I restart it. I had some contacts send me over 8 texts over a few days, I received none of them, restarted my phone, and they all immediately arrived.I receive some texts just fine, but some will not arrive at all. How do I fix this? Texting is my most used function on Cricket and it is not working.Thank You.
I've been going crazy over the past couple of days because my WiFi stopped working after updating to iOS 14. I have 2 iPhones (iOS 14.5 beta 5) and both of them have an unusable WiFi while my laptop's WiFi works just fine. So last night I found a temporary fix. What I did was connect my laptop to our WiFi and opened the hotspot then shared the internet connection using a option in the settings, and then I connected my iPhone to my laptop's hotspot using WiFi. Only downside is you have to keep your pc running for the whole day but it works! I tested it on both phones and it works just fine. Apple obviously still have to fix this but I was happy I can use WiFi again.
