I will be traveling to Israel this year and I need to know what I need to do in order to have both calling and data capabilities. I have an iPhone XR. Is that even possible with my plan? I have the unlimited plan currently. Any help is appreiciated!

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, we don’t have roaming capabilities in Israel, so you would not be able to get service with Cricket Wireless while traveling there. Cricket Wireless only has service in the U.S, and Mexico & Canada with our unlimited plans. If your device is unlocked, we would suggest when in Israel to see if you can purchase any prepaid service while visiting to use with your phone.
