iphone 11 pro max stuck in sos mode only for 2 weeks now

After the update my phone said no service so I turned it off and reinserted the sim.  When I powered my phone back up it said sos only and nothing I’ve tried will take it out of sos only mode. My service is terrible and my battery won’t stayed charged anymore and it takes forever to open apps, websites, etc. what’s going on?

Hello @Mysillasue! Welcome to our Cricket Community Forum and thank you for your post. We’re sorry to hear about the troubles with your service. We recommend making sure that your device is on the most recent software version. Also, please try the below steps:

Go to your Settings → Cellular → Toggle Cellular Data off for 10 seconds then toggle back on 

If no improvement, please follow the below steps: 

With your device unlocked, press and quickly release the Volume Up button →  press and quickly release the Volume Down button → press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
