After the update my phone said no service so I turned it off and reinserted the sim. When I powered my phone back up it said sos only and nothing I’ve tried will take it out of sos only mode. My service is terrible and my battery won’t stayed charged anymore and it takes forever to open apps, websites, etc. what’s going on?

Go to your Settings → Cellular → Toggle Cellular Data off for 10 seconds then toggle back on
If no improvement, please follow the below steps:
With your device unlocked, press and quickly release the Volume Up button → press and quickly release the Volume Down button → press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.
