Today I changed my $55 core plan to $60 plan which includes 5G and internet speeds higher than 8mbps.
for some reason I can’t make 5G work on my phone. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max which I bought unlocked at apple.
I know my plan has changed because i can see higher internet speeds and hotspot enabled. But I can’t choose 5G as preferred network. All the options I have is 4G and LTE. I’ve followed directions from different agents at the tech support with no success. I reset network settings several times, I updated iOS to the latest version, they made some changes on the line as well, I gave them IMEI number, and also installed my SIM card in another iPhone 12 Pro Max unlocked but Still no 5G, only LTE
any help would be appreciated
