Hello everyone, I just switched to iPhone 14 Pro Max a few days ago and am facing a problem that needs everyone's help. That is, usually when someone calls in the ringtone will ring for about 40 seconds, but currently my iPhone ringtone only rings for 10 seconds. I don't know why, I need everyone's help to fix the problem.

Thanks for posting. Is this happening after you pick up the phone or have the phone in your hand? If so, then it is a normal behavior from your iPhone. For example, If the phone is ringing on a table, and you have not picked it up, then it should continue to ring until the call goes to voicemail, however once you grab the phone and don’t pick up the call, your iPhone may lower or stop the ringtone (as the phone is aware that you are aware of the call).
