IPhone 6s - Group Message not working

Couple days ago I switched over to Cricket and brought my own device (iPhone 6s) and transferred my phone number.

I activated the SIM card and I'm able to make phone calls, data and single text messages, but I'm not able to send Group Texts. I called the hotline and walked through the usual steps, OS upgrade, Network Reset, re-boot. At the end of the day they couldn't help. With the SIM Card from Cricket I'm not able to see the Carrier Network Configuration option under Settings/Cellular/Carrier Services to update the APN settings manually.  They actually should automatically update with the SIM card, but since Group Message are not working I suspect an incorrect configuration.

Any help is appreciated

That's really fantastic to know this concept. Thank you so much for providing, helpful and innovative information. Here is one of the best best information from which you can generate fake text easily.

Hello @HechtR

There is no option to update APN settings on iPhones on our network. If you're having issues you may have luck resetting the network settings under settings>general>reset>reset network settings. Also note that mms messages need to be under 1mb in size and group messages should be to 9 recipients or less.

Thanks!
