Question

iPhone automated photo editor

A couple days ago, I went to my camera roll and saw this small section where my iPhone had generated 2 edits to 2 pictures on my phone. 1 photo had the levels adjusted to it, and the other turned a live photo into a stable loop/gif. For some reason, that section is gone and I don't see any options within my photos to make similar edits.

I hope this all made sense, can someone tell me how to get it again? I thought turning the live photo into a stable gif was super cool and would love to do it to some other photos.

However, it's possible that the feature you were using was part of a temporary or experimental update. Apple often tests out new features in different regions or for specific iOS versions, so it may not always be available to everyone.

To access similar editing options, you can try a third-party app like CapCut For Pc. CapCut is a versatile video and photo editing app that offers a wide range of creative tools, including stabilization for your videos and various filters and effects for your photos. It's available for both iOS and Android, so you can definitely give it a shot and explore the cool editing options it offers.

If you're interested in getting more stable loops or gifs from your live photos, CapCut can likely help you achieve that and provide even more editing possibilities than what your iPhone's built-in editor offered.

Give it a try, and I hope you have fun exploring all the creative editing options CapCut has to offer! 📸✨
