I purchase a new iPhone 11 XR from cricket on April 10 and it has now malfunctioned and your customer service told me there was nothing they could do since I couldn’t return it after 6 days. They to me to send it to Apple because it was under their warranty. I also have insurance and they would not allow me to make a claim. I can’t just send my phone off and wait for a return because I am the Director of a domestic violence shelter that runs 24 hours a day and I am on call all the time no exceptions. The woman that waited on my at the Poplar Bluff, Missouri was very rude and not at all understanding. I love my phone service just not your customer service.
