I switched to Cricket four days ago and I have been unable to send group texts or send pictures to other users since then. I always get the Not Delivered message with the !. Not once has it worked. I am able to receive group texts and pictures, though. iMessage works just fine. Individual SMS texts to Android users are sent just fine and I’m able to receive individual texts and pictures sent from individuals also. I have an iPhone XR running iOS14.4.2. Cellular Data is enabled. MMS Messaging and Group Messaging is enabled as well. I’ve reset network settings and rebooted the phone several times. It’s got to be some sort of setting but I am unable to make any manual changes. I called customer service and after trying to figure it out, they told me that group messaging is not supported. Huh?? Is that for iPhone only because the other two in my group text are Cricket subscribers also but they are using Android devices and they are able to send group texts no problem. He also had me dial *#5005*7672# but I only ever got an error. This is driving me nuts so I’m hoping someone on here can assist. Thanks.
