The My Cricket app will not work with the new ios 13 beta. It needs to be updated because the official ios 13 comes out pretty soon.

@jeffhead181976 @johnrandolph Hey guys, I have the Moto G7 too. I posted a review of the app & they responded back saying that they were aware of the issue & are working with Motorola to resolve it. So I guess we just have to wait for the app update to come out.

Join the crowd.  Seems like it isn't working with other devices as well.

I've been posting on here about this problem but so far I've gotten no definite answer on when it might be fixed.

I still can't understand why a company would sell a device that their own app wouldn't work with, but they do.  I'm using a Moto G7 Supra, AKA Moto G7 Power.

Hopefully this gets resolved soon, but I'm not holding my breath......
