My Iphone 7 Sim Card Stopped Working

I had my Iphone 7 for a while then it Fell into a boot loop so I had to reset it and now it says unable to activate but when i update it on Itunes it says cant pull activation from sim card of some sort i checked my sim card and it is cricket, I dont know if I can get a replacement phone or what?

Hi @ReeceDH2004  if the device is still under the one year warranty we would suggest taking the device to Apple to see if this was a software glitch. We also advise to test the sim card in another Cricket device to see if the sim works as well.
