My number is 

acct name is Ricardo Flores 

i tried to remove the number but still is there.

Hi @Ricardo flores, have you tried deactivating it through your phone settings? Go to the Phone Icon on home screen > Settings > Call Forwarding > an choose the desired option.

I have tried all means but just one last resort

 Cricket needs to do it !
