My Unlocked Phone Is Now Locked

I have been a loyal customer for years now, bought my iPhone new And brought it to Cricket and pirchased a plan and placed SIM card in, ROUGHLY 2 years now I’ve changed carriers/ ported my number over and NOW MY PHONE IS LOCKED ?? With corona virus here and spreading I need my phone unlocked . So irritated right now any ideas ?
