New customer can't receive calls one week after activation.

I’ve tried everything. All the steps they script on 611 customer service. Visited my store several times. No one can figure out why i can make calls but anyone who calls me gets a busy signal. It’s beyond maddening. I have a two-year old unlocked second gen iPhone SE I bought from Consumer Cellular. Never had a problem until I switched to Cricket. It worked fine for a week and then the busy signals started. I can send and receive texts and iMessages. I can make calls fine. All my settings have been checked and rechecked. I have the latest IOS, 16.1 even. Network settings reset multiple times. Phone rebooted, etc. etc. etc. Any suggestions? This is crazy, Cricket.

This is far from solved. I sent and received a couple of private messages and they stopped responding without offering any workable solutions.
